Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.

The apartment is located in Paleos Zigos Xanthi, just 4.5 km from the center of Xanthi. It is 20 minutes from Nestos Delta National Park and less than 20 minutes from the beaches of the area. In the village, shops are very close. Near there is a bus stop.
