For the sports section, there is a bike path and a boardwalk around the lake, a private volleyball court and work street out equipment for exercise, bass fishing, as well as a private beach for enjoyment and rest. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
