The staff cage belongs to the small farm Kollbækk. Large green areas and a dog farm with houses are available for the guests. The place is close to Mjøsa about 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the air bus stops 200 m from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with plenty of hiking opportunities winter as summer, Norwegian Horse Center Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillongen, Gjøvik town with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour drive to Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

The Tyintoppen guesthouse is a unique retreat with perhaps the best views on Tyin. On clear days you get panoramic views of much of Jotunheimen – a sight that really takes your breath away. The old sauna has been restored and converted into a charming little guesthouse. Here you will find everything you need for a break from everyday life – perfect for a few days of peace, silence and proximity to nature. Newly decorated log cabin (annex) at the top of Bjorlia. Perfect for a couple of friends or a small family with 2 adults and 1-2 children. At Bjorli there are great hiking areas and opportunities for many activities, among others. in the climbing park, bike trails, etc. Bjoli is one of Norway's most snowy area in winter time. The annex's locations are connected to the ski slopes with ski in ski out. Charging of el. cars are available but will cost extra due to overconsumption.

Garden House in the Middle of Town

Our garden house has a plain Norwegian cabin standard with everything you need for making simple meals. Some basic food supplies will be available. As we have no running water in the garden house, we have placed a water dispenser in the kitchen area. Your bathroom, with floor heating and shower, is situated right next door, in the main house. The garden house has its own terrace, with access to the garden.

Easy access summer and winter close to Highway 51, which runs across Valdresflya. Short distance to shops. 500 meters to bank terminal. (South) Walking and cycling road. 200 m to official beach. Canoe and kayak lending during school holidays. 20 min. walking distance to Herangtunet. Plenty of nearby hiking. About 15 min with a car to Beitostølen. Good bus connections.
