Holiday rentals with a patio in Općina Tar-vabriga

We were very satisfied with the contact with Markus. Ms. Ljuba handed over the very clean apartment to us on site, which fully corresponded to the pictures. Overall, we liked it very much and we can recommend the apartment without reservation.

The complex and house is very nice and sufficient for vacation. Highly recommended for families with children, but just like couples. Always clean and quiet. the only thing we lacked a washing machine and a shower curtain. :) Bruno was always kind and helpful. next year we will visit again.

Paula is an amazing host, who provided us with all the information we needed and was there for us in case we need anything else, her place was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay, the terrace table is ideal for outdoor breakfasts which for us is essential for holidays, we came by car so the possibility of free parking was great for us. We would highly recommend this place for any family or group of friends coming to Novigrad.

We had a great stay! The apartment was really cozy, extremely clean and of a good size for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Especially the large lovely balcony we enjoyed very much. The very best part was the amazing pool, which was huge, clean, and there were only a few other users of it during our stay. The tennis court was also a big hit with both our kids and us parents. On top of all this, we had a really good communication with Tanja and Anika, who were some super good and sweet hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend a stay in the apartment. A huge thank you to Tanja and Anika.

The apartment is very clean and in new condition. The kitchen is fully furnished and sparkling clean: the beds are very good. There are significantly more sheets and towels than we needed. Private sun loungers are available by the pool and the pool is very clean, not visible from the outside and quiet. Communication with the landlord was very easy and always available at short notice. Thank you for the pleasant holidays in your apartment - we can fully recommend this location.

The apartment has everything you need and everything even in a pretty good condition such as the beds were comfortable, modern bathroom, 2 air conditioners, nice balcony, etc. What I personally missed was a real beer glass ;-) What I would like to complain about is the cleanliness. We cleaned everything with a damp cloth (tables, window sills, dressers...) and it was dirty. It must be said that the housekeeper had little time for it. But although there were language difficulties with the housekeeper, she was very friendly and always there when you had questions, as she lives a few houses away. In summary, the shortcomings were not something that would prevent us from taking this apartment, quite the contrary. Many thanks to the hosts and to Maria

Giuliana's apartment is super clean and convenient. It is small and perfect for 2 people. You feel right at home. The communication with Guiliana was more than perfect. She takes care of us touchingly. Even when it got colder, we were offered blankets etc. Once there were even homemade cakes - just like that. Wonderful and warm. We 100% recommend this apartment and thus Giuliana. We will be happy to come back!

We had lovely time there. The flat was clean and tidy. the kitchen’s equipment are fully stock, you have everything what you need to use for make good dinner, breakfast or bbq. Miriam is really friendly and helpful host, she made us feel we are at home.

Place is great, brand new and in a peaceful location. Host was responsive. Although stated otherwise, the house does not have WiFi. That was a bit annoying, because we had to use our own dataplan and owner is not willing to refund a small amount. Too bad.

The apartment( Casa Parketini) in Vabriga has completely earned its 4 stars. We felt very comfortable there from the 1 minute. It is in a secluded quiet settlement. Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering vacation. Very tasteful furnishings to feel comfortable. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom,everything was very suitable and hygienic. We will definitely be back. It is only about a 10-minute drive to the beach and to the nearby supermarket.

This villa is amazing! It is completely new, very clean and super nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. In general the house is very large and spacious, there are 4 rooms each with a double bed and air conditioning. Large sofa bed in the Living/dining room, 3 bathrooms and toilets. On the roof is a huge roof terrace. Everything very clean. The outdoor area with pool is large enough to spend the day or evening there. Communication with the host is very easy and friendly, he goes the extra mile and is flexible. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the house! Suitable for families as well as groups of friends.

We had a very nice, quiet vacation with an extremely well-equipped apartment, very nice terrace and pool for our family with pets. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet, relaxing vacation "away from the hustle and bustle." We'd love to come back again and again as a vacation in Istria.

We enjoyed this cottage very much. Everything was as described and we had a point of contact at all times. The only thing we definitely missed was air conditioning. We would no longer book a cottage without air conditioning in August. In the living area downstairs it was ok. But sleeping upstairs was borderline, especially for the kids.

Very nice accommodation to enjoy the vacation in peace. In the house there is everything, just great!

Highly recommended! Flexible check in and check out if possible. The accommodation is a fantastic new building, top air conditioned in all rooms. The sea is only 10 minutes on foot. As well as Novi Grad is also very close by car. The infrastructure is also provided. Very quiet location, as well as an accommodation with lots of space. There were eight and there was plenty of space. The pool as well as the terraces make the difference, as well as the possibility to grill locally. Very happy with the place and the hosting

Perfect for our needs. Modern and well appointed. Everything we needed was supplied. Comfortable beds. A fantastic 8 night stay.

It was great. Super friendly and flexible. Only had a bit of slow response at the check-in, but nothing really bad.

Elena was an amazing host. She was always easy to reach, friendly and courteous.

Staying with Nadja was beautiful. Communication with her was very pleasant, she welcomed us warmly, was very attentive and child-friendly. She even put an Easter nest for our son. We felt very comfortable.

Great value for money. Everything optimal. Very quiet area on the outskirts of the city. Large courtyard entrance, i.e. great parking space for the car! :) Recommended for a short trip. Kitchen equipment is completely sufficient for two people. very modern bathroom, clean accommodation. :) The walls are a bit thin, which means you can hear the other roommates/children/dogs in the house a bit louder in places, but that's okay, as we were out and about all day. :) We would come back for a short stay in Croatia at any time! :)

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.
