From the moment of the booking till the check out Roland was nothing but an ideal host. The house is amazing and well worth the rate. Everything was extremely clean and well put together, beds were beyond comfortable. Perfect get away for any type of special occasion. I would definitely recommend it...the only downside to the stay was there was actually a time where we needed to leave, would have gladly stayed forever! :)

Beautiful house with breathtaking views! Fine finishes and very useful accessories such as USB cable and iron... absolutely nothing was missing. Elena and her family are of unique hospitality, always ready to exchange a few words and give advice about the area. The family owned refreshment point is also excellent where you can enjoy local delicacies. One of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed in... absolutely worth repeating.

We had a perfect New Year's Eve.

This house turned out to be one of the best trips we had taken as a family (2 children - 8 & 11 years old). Everything, but really everything (house, pool, garden, hot tub, living room, bedroom and bathroom) was sparkling clean and in pristine condition, we immediately felt very comfortable and actually at home. Highlights are, of course, the pool & jacuzzi, but the overall impression was simply unbeatable. Ms. Blazenka welcomed us kindly and warmly, was available to us for every little thing - the overall communication was great! There is not much going on in the area itself, but Cakovec is 10 minutes away by car and therefore perfectly accessible. We definitely hope to come back!

I can only join the previous review! The place is in a wonderful countryside with an amazing panoramic view and is literally equipped with everything! And it's only half an hour away from the Hungarian border! The area is hilly and hilly with incredibly beautiful vineyards, the roads and the paintings for the Hungarian car are also of unusually good quality. With navigation, we found the place very easily and right away. In the huge garden of the cottage, on the side of the grill terrace, there are spices, colorful flowers and ornaments in front of the house, and fruit trees grow in the hillside with a long line of grapes. The owner has recently built this house to maximize guests' enjoyment there, and it has succeeded. It's a perfect getaway. My family and I visited because of the coronavirus. We wanted to enjoy the summer, but at the same time we didn't want to go among people. We took some groceries with us, and the owner surprised us with freshly purchased, curated treats, so we didn't have to go out at all during our stay. The kitchen was a cooking experience, and I had a lot of dishes. On the panoramic terrace, we were able to spend our dinners in the stunning sunset. Each window has quality blinds that don't let in the light at all. It's quiet in the neighborhood at night, so our sleep was more relaxing than ever. My children were mostly knocked by the huge, beautiful pool, bathing from morning till night. The billiards and darts also served our entertainment. We didn't use the gym and Netflix, but we tried the sauna. Luckily, the weather was gracious to us, with almost no clouds in the sky. The four of us went, the narrow family, but it's also a great place for a larger group, and the owner is a kind and most hospitable person. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the house for just one night, but it's a pity that it was only for one night. This is a very nice accommodation, clean, tidy, very comfortable and quiet. The location is fantastic! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

What a nice stay at Igor's house! Peaceful, surrounded by a forest, it sports a nice firepit, a jacuzzi, a lot of lounge chairs.. You will have your full privacy, connection to the nature around you, while the house is pretty high tech :) Every room is heated/cooled, nice bathroom with separate toilet, TV with sound system. Igor's a great host and you will get instructions to use everything, recommendations to great places and a care packet (some drinks, sweets, snacks) for your arrival. All of that guarantees a nice, relaxed stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The views are spectacular and there was lots to do. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities a family would need. There is a very nice pizza place down the road with great food as well and it is also located near a winery. We could not be happier with our stay and would strongly recommend it to others!

Absolutely lovely place in the wonderful hills of prekoba. absolutely worth it. very calm and kind of isolated. definitely recommend if you want to relax and flee from daily stress. the host replied immediately if we could not find the place with g oogle maps, i recommend apple maps.
