The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Fortunato with a private pool is a detached house in the small village of Švići in central Istria. This modern villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers guests an equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room, three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a small toilet. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV and an open fireplace. Upstairs, steep stairs lead up to a hallway that divides two bedrooms. One has a French bed with closets and other equipment, and the other room has two separate beds for one person.
