The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

We had a great holiday in Murter. Villa Mare And Skye was perfect for our needs. It is exactly as per the photos, everything was of the highest quality. We were travelling as a family group, and to have the space of both apartments was brilliant. Two kitchens for breakfasts, snacks etc worked so well. The villa is beautiful and the views from the upper floor are lovely. The hosts were so quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this villa and would all very much like to return. Thank you Chantal 😊

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

The accommodation was well equipped, just like the pictures.

We were picked up directly at the ferry and taken to the accommodation - great! The location is great and easy to reach by car (the road is ok, although it is partly unpaved). Great amenities, especially the loungers and the pool area.

Our stay in the apartment was complete, we enjoyed everything the apartment has to offer, Mark's mother was at our service for whatever we needed, the hosts are accommodating and helpful, we must mention that the pool is used by guests from all apartments... next to us in the apartment were guests from Germany who were supposed to rent an apartment with their own pool somewhere else just for themselves... and not us while we were enjoying ourselves...to remind us that they want peace and privacy... of course they didn't bother us... because love always wins...

What a place! Incredible location. Peaceful and relaxing. Pool is great and the beach across the road is lovely. Easily fit our family of five and the big win is the outdoor kitchen which made everything feel so much more spacious. If anything this place is better than the photos describe and the hosts are wonderfully friendly and responsive. We will hopefully be back again.

We had a great stay in this fine villa in Murter. Everything was very clean and in working order, and the location is also perfect with shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. During this holiday there were three of us. On the first floor there are 2 apartment and 1 separate bedroom. We made use of 1 apartment and the separate bedroom. At the apartment there is a balcony, air conditioning and a kitchen with a small fridge and induction plate. It is a short walk from the center of Biograd. The sea is also easily accessible on foot. It's a quiet neighborhood. Zorka made us feel very welcome and if there was something we ran into, we acted quickly. We had a pleasant stay and could stay in this apartment for another vacation.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. We really loved our stay. We were there in September, so it was quite calm in general but should be great getaway from the crowded beaches during high season. Vesna was a great host.

We absolutely loved our time on Zut. What an incredible location - turquoise water just perfect for swimming and snorkeling, olive groves to wander in, and fantastic sunsets every evening. Bartol and his family were friendly, helpful and responsive. Bartol was flexible about check in/transfers to the island (a lovely boat trip) and always responded to my messages quickly and helpfully. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen with everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our meals on the shady terrace. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

At our arrival the house was very clean and Bartol showed us immediately what needed. The house was very fresh regarding the use of air conditioner, there is all you need. The city center is just 5 minutes of walk from the house. The owner (Bartol) has always been very quick to reply and available for everything. The cuddly grey cat walking around the house is a big plus 😊

A wonderful spot! We have very much enjoyed the quiet place, staying mostly in the lovely garden, going swimming, snorkeling, exploring the islands around us on the SUP. The sea is directly in front of the garden, there's not even a path in front, just stones and maybe 5-10 people passing by per day. Even though there are a bunch of other similar houses next to it, you'll have your privacy, and your own little pier. On the sea it can get quite busy though - in the mornings after 9:30 and in the evenings after 5pm there are a lot of boats passing by, also some larger and loud motor boats. If you swim over to the island, better go early or in the evenings - after 7pm it gets super quiet and we have experienced wonderful sunsets. Pašman is a much more visited island than Dugi Otok and we found the east side not really worth to visit, but on this spot and on the whole west side of the island, you'll find tranquility. There's everything in the kitchen and Marijana & Nela were very kind!

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

We had a great stay! The host was very helpful, kind, and responded quickly. She even assisted us with things beyond the apartment itself. The place was clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. We felt great throughout our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay, suspended in time, in this magical place. In this small hamlet, you are surrounded by water, mountains, sunshine. The simple house has everything you need to live. We loved the little boat made available to explore the surrounding area. On the barbecue in the middle, we cooked the many fish we caught thanks to the lockers available. Suncana and her father were very available, listening to our needs, which made the stay very easy to organize. We're already thinking about coming back! Thank you so much!!

Nevenka was waiting for us upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed. Anything you need for a holiday stay was present. She regularly gave us delicious fresh figs and tomatoes and peppers from her own garden. We had a nice time at her place.

hello Anica's place is very comfortable. located 5 min from the port and is directly located on the central village olace, place of conviviality. the house has all the basic essentials, this is very appreciated. a few ants come to share the accommodation but it is not too disturbing. the air conditioning is on the 1st and floor with the kitchen. the bedrooms on the ground floor are rather cool and keeps the cool. Thank you to Anica for the welcome.

I can really recommend Villa Kona to anyone. It offers plenty of space, is clean and the proximity to the water and the private beach are simply fantastic if you want to switch off. Danijel is a very helpful and friendly host who responds to questions very quickly. A bakery and a small supermarket are within a 10-minute walking distance. Finally, it remains to say that it was a wonderful time and we would come back any time.

Perfect cottage in a perfect location, for people looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be. We were 7 days, my husband and I with my 3 dogs. We couldn't have asked for a vacation for the soul and body better than this. We'll definitely be back!

Great place, brilliant location. The cottage is very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The only downside is the number of sleeping places - not for 6 people. For 6 people when they arrived, 2 had no place to sleep (the sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping). Plus for the host, after reporting the issue, he immediately responded and purchased an extra mattress. However, sleeping for 9 nights on an air mattress for the price of a stay-it's a little weak. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time, a spacious terrace with a beautiful view, close to the beach, peace and quiet are the main advantages of this place!
