Beautiful accommodation with an incredible view – a real place to relax! This accommodation exceeded all expectations! Very clean, spacious and cozy, every detail is thought out for maximum comfort. The interior is stylish and modern, everything you need is at hand. But the real impression was made by the view – it's something incredible! The host is pleasant, attentive and very responsible. There was a sincere desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort, beauty and tranquility. Willdefinitely come back again!

The location is peaceful and host is responsive. We had trouble understanding the building number but host responded promptly and resolved the issue even though it is a rainy day! The apartment is smaller than what we see in pictures. It is clean and view of sea is good. It is free street parking and available anytime. There were some black ants coming from floor we realised only after our kid spilled some food leftovers. It would be better if dishwasher is provided, but overall it is value for money stay ! We were welcomed by Eni and her father very kindly with fresh fruit and cool drinks. Fortunately, we were allowed to check in earlier on the day of arrival to recover from the long nightly drive. The apartment is, exactly as seen in the pictures, is newly renovated, very modern and tastefully furnished. The amenities have also surpassed pretty much anything we knew so far. Everything worked and was very clean. We never felt like we were missing anything. Our questions were all answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We enjoyed the fresh figs from the tree on the property daily and also used the grill on the terrace, which was also kindly cleaned for us afterwards. We were also allowed to charge our plugin hybrid so that we could be on the road electrically on site. All together, a very successful vacation. Keep up the good work, we'll be happy to come back

The reception was very friendly and we were quickly briefed on the important things. Communication was always fast, helpful and smooth. The accommodation is superbly equipped and has many aesthetic details - you can see it was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was clean, had good quality and was really nice and practical. There was a nice private terrace outside to eat in the sun, and there were also many small unexpected touches that made you feel at home. By car you can easily visit all the surrounding places, not far away are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the beach. 🌴 The accommodation is simply super nice and the stay deserves more than 5 stars. We would come back again and again! Thank you 😊

Upon arrival we were kindly and quietly received by the host and her son. We were helped with bringing the luggage up and had explanations about the accommodation and facilities. There was always someone present or available. The apartment had a fantastic view and flexible location for days out. It was a pleasant space for two, with everything you would need, very clean and spacious. In the bedroom you will not hear anything from the road, also on the balcony the sound quickly falls to the background. The pool was always clean and the other facilities like the pool table and the gym were great. The host was incredibly generous and friendly, although she speaks mostly Croatian, you can still laugh with her. This made us feel completely at home. The farewell package was the icing on the cake. It's definitely recommended to stay! Our holiday was unforgettable!

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)

Fabian and his mom are very kind and helpful. The accommodation was the cleanest apartment of our lives! The beach and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommend, we would love to stay here next time!

Before we left, Fabian sent us the exact address via Google Maps, which made it much easier for us. We were received very nicely. The apartment was very clean and you had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, you could see directly to the sea. The way to the beach was the only thing that bothered me a little. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (downhill), and it took about 20-25 minutes to get back to the apartment (uphill). But everything else was perfect. We were given many tips for attractions, restaurants and nature parks. Pizzeria Nava was our regular place. Thanks for the wonderful time, maybe see you again!

We stayed in Ivan apartment for 14 days with my husband ,child,and parents .we have had amazing time.Accomodation was good the location and the pool were top! Ivan and his family are very kindly Nice people always helped us if we had some questions etc. I would recomend this place for Holiday.

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.

Excellent apartment with sea view 5 minutes from the center, in a very nice and hospitable village. The private and closed parking space is excellent because there is no place along the streets.

Superb and quiet place a short distance from beaches, restaurants and other amenities. Deni's apartment was super complete and in addition we could make full use of the outdoor kitchen. This made us feel completely at home. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We had a lovely stay at Niko’s air bnb. Although we didn’t physically meet Niko himself, he was always very kind and responsive over phone. Instead we got a heartwarming welcome from his parents, who currently live beneath the air bnb. They were so kind and always helpful if we needed anything. The air bnb itself was super clean and exactly how the pictures described, even better. It’s nice to have the swimming pool near the sitting area. It makes the whole outside very cosy. A big thank you for the hospitality. We had an amazing stay.

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.

We immediately felt at home, super nice and the view is just awesome. We were here as a large family and everyone had enough space and retreats thanks to the spacious house. Everything is great. To get to the beach and into town, a car is best. The magnificent view is simply amazing and really lets you relax. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything in the house and everything important was available. (Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) Everything super clean and tastefully decorated ❤️

A great house, with everything necessary on site. Also the mattresses were very comfortable. Very nice pool area. Pool was cleaned daily. The host Raijko is very friendly and helpful and prepared us a very pleasant stay, thank you!

We had the most wonderful family stay. So much thought has gone into every aspect of this charming stone villa. It is thoroughly modernised and everything works the way it should. The pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, grassed play area were perfect for keeping the kids and adults entertained for the week we stayed. Maxim welcomed us and showed us how everything worked and was always a phone call away should we have needed him. A 10/10 trip for us. Thank you ☺️

The house is very good and the view on both sides is wonderful. We felt very comfortable the whole time and can highly recommend this accommodation. There was a problem with the TV, as only Croatian channels were available. Paula was a good and very friendly contact person. She dealt with the problem and, in cooperation with the family, they were able to save all the channels. The bathrooms were clean, but they made a somewhat worn impression on me. The bathroom on the 1st floor is very small and the shower door cannot be closed. The water runs onto the floor when showering and everything is wet afterwards. It would be an advantage if there was a dryer.

Absolutely stunning property. The pictures do not do it justice! The view is incredible - panoramic sea, islands, unspoilt hills and mountains… and the beach and town just a 15 minute walk away. The house had everything you could have possibly needed and more… wish we could have stayed longer!
