In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Uw appartment met prive terras, eigen opgang, afgesloten fietsberging en gratis auto parking kijkt uit over landerijen en natuurgebied Ter Hooge. U kunt hier heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. Strand Dishoek- Zoutelande 7km, Centrum Middelburg 1,8 km, Vlissingen 6 km, Domburg 13 km Eigenaar heeft ook restaurant Scherp en Slapen bij Scherp in het centrum waar u zeker een keer gegeten moet hebben!

Gelegen in het centrum van Middelburg vindt u dit karakteristieke appartement. Het appartement bevindt zich in een voormalig koetshuis, gebouwd in het jaar 1750. In het rustieke stadstuintje zijn een picknicktafel, bankje en luie stoelen aanwezig. Het appartement ligt in de historische binnenstad aan een binnengracht. De Markt met gezellige kroegen en terrassen, ligt op max 5 minuten loopafstand. Ook het treinstation, winkels en een grote supermarkt zijn in 5 minuten te voet bereikbaar.

Cozy and bright apartment in the heart of Oost-Souburg. The apartment is a separate wing of our detached house and has its own entrance and garden. Parking is available in front of the door. Quiet location within walking distance of some shops, bakeries, supermarkets and the station. A comfortable place to relax, work or discover the region. The beach and the cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg are nearby. At Alom Zunne you are welcome – for a weekend or a longer stay

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio suitable for 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Cozy vacation cottage 5 km from the beach

A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

Deze geweldige locatie zeer centraal gelegen in een rustig dorpje op 10 minuten afstand van zowel verschillende stranden als centrum van Middelburg en Vlissingen. Ook het dorp zelf heeft een centrum met supermarkt en een aantal andere praktische winkels zoals; fietsenwinkels, broodbakkerij , bloemist en drogisterij.
