Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ontonagon County

We had a great stay here. Hosts were friendly and responsive even after we had a change of plans. Great location just outside of town.

This was our second stay here and was just as great as the first time, unfortunately Mother Nature didn’t corporate with our plans. The house was very clean, well supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. Definitely worth a stay here great hosts!! We will be back again!!

WE were in the area for work. Great place to stay with everything we needed to accommodate us for the week. Great communication from Nancy which made everything from check in to check out a breeze. Would stay again!!

Joy's beautiful cottage was a fantastic place for us to stay while exploring the Porcupine Mountains and the surrounding areas. Her home was spotless and so very organized. She included so many extra touches to make us feel at home (shampoo, conditioner, napkins, foil, coffee, tea etc.). Joy was so friendly, helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you Joy.

I was surprised at how they had thought of everything we might need and then some! Immediately when I walked in the door, I felt at home. Very homey touches, from the comfortable furniture to the fire pit in the backyard, to the "little things" like snacks, coffee, and bottled water. I loved that it was within walking distance to to lake! I really appreciated them checking with us every day to see if we needed anything. I definitely recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!

Such a lovely, updated home! So close to the Porkies and too many waterfalls nearby to make it to all of them. The Waterfall book on the coffee table was fabulous! I am going to get his collection for the whole state. Would love to make it back sometime in the next year.

Ewelina’s place was the perfect setting for a quick weekend in nature. Ewelina was incredibly responsive and helpful. This cozy apartment was spotless upon arrival, comfortable, and was stocked with more than I could ever need. The attention to detail was evident; I cannot recommend this place enough.

Debra's condo was the perfect blend of updated amenities and the warmth and charm we sought in our lodging for our UP Ski weekend. Easy check-in, every kitchen item you'll need, and was VERY clean and cozy. You won't regret booking this unit. We'll be back!

Beautiful location, quiet can see so many stars at night. We went in the Spring as we wanted to visit state parks in northern Wisconsin. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Perfectly situated to all the hiking spots, and easy drive up to Copper Harbor, were already selling points. The acreage, the lake (when you find it), were even better than expected. My dog had the time of his life exploring the property, which made for a nice change of pace after a strenuous day of hiking. Quiet, immersed in nature, it was relaxing, rejuvenating, and wonderful stay. Thank you!

Peaceful, reasonably priced, beautiful surroundings, and centrally located to hiking, waterfalls, Lake Superior. We would come back and stay here again.

A beautiful cabin that has been maintained and decorated wonderfully. A perfect place to stay for our travels on the UTV trails- we put on lots of miles and enjoyed many beautiful sights in the UP! Thank you

Absolutely amazing! We went on a road trip with two friends and spent two nights at Dreamwood. Our goal was to find a secluded place—and this was exactly it. It was a rare and unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect: we found ourselves completely alone, surrounded by nature—an ideal setting to disconnect, recharge, and take our time. The cabin is located right in the Porkies, so hiking trails are just a short drive away. There’s also private access to a quiet beach and the views are absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Tom and Sol were lovely and available when needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice little cabin on the lake.

This was our third year staying in Chad's cabin. Chad recently made further improvements to the outside and inside of his beautiful property. It is more beautiful than ever, and the setting and views to the lake are stunning. Chad is on top of every detail and I can't imagine there is a better host in the U.P. of Michigan. I would highly recommend you book at stay at Chad's Lake Gogebic log cabin!
