Holiday rentals with lake access in Onslow County

We had a fantastic visit. The accommodations and amenities for a visitor were terrific… no need to bring extra beach items, bikes, etc. For those who want to eat on, most of the basics were available, just needed the main ingredients! Wonderful home layout and very comfortable.

The house is in the perfect location. Right on the beach with great views. Basically your own private beach. Great for fishing and swimming. Kevin made everything very easy and responds very quickly if you have any questions or need any help.

Nestled in a peaceful setting just a short 20-minute drive from the coast, this place offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The surroundings were serene, with beautiful natural views, birdsong in the mornings, and total calm at night—ideal for relaxing and unplugging. The space itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. Whether we were lounging on the porch with a cup of coffee or heading out for a beach day, we felt completely at ease Highly recommend for anyone craving a peaceful retreat with easy access to the ocean. This property was incredible! We had a great weekend here with some incredible vibes. Scott was super responsive to any of the questions our guests had for him and gave us the perfect location for the perfect time. Everything about the house was great and the views were incredible! The mini putting green was great practice for the round of golf we played during our stay. Our whole group would love to come back someday and we highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a great long weekend at the beach!

These hosts provided a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. The pictures do not do the view justice! Overall, the home was clean and several amenities were throughout! If I plan to return to Topsail I will book with Kim again!

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful, fully stocked, and has a very family-friendly ambiance. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to restaurants and stores. The backyard was a highlight — the pool was perfect, we enjoyed grilling out, and the fire pit made for relaxing evenings. The only minor downside was that the hot tub didn’t appear to be cleaned and seemed to not be working. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Beautiful, clean home and bug-free, which was really important to me in such a humid area. We enjoyed the views from the deck right outside our bedrooms and spent lots of time drinking cocktails in the big screened-in porch. We also loved the little bar area with ice machine. Only thing to keep in mind is if you bring a boat, you can’t tie it to their dock, and the boat ramp is small and not easy to get in and out of. Everything else was great. Frederick is an awesome host, always responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place for a summer getaway.

Mallory & John were both very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our check in needs and questions throughout the stay. The home was clean and well equipped. Perfect for my family and only 10 mins from the beach! The kids loved the pool and backyard space for fishing, running around and relaxing in the hammocks. My only suggestion would be to pack bug spray for the back yard since you are near the lake (the mosquitoes loved us!) and to be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride into the neighborhood as there are many potholes in the gravel road leading up to the house. Not a complaint and not the hosts fault of course. Just want to help! We would stay here again :)

We had a great week at the beach staying at Sue’s house! The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was just a short walk to a public beach access. We also enjoyed kayaking in the creeks behind the house, watching the beautiful sunsets on the back deck, and grilling and eating in the awesome area under the house. Sue was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.
