Our stay was more than what we expected! Ty was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The views were so beautiful! The boys loved fishing on the dock. They caught lots of fish and crabs! The beach was just a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying and we would love to come back for another stay!

The is a truly dream house. It is fully equipped, very spacious, clean, cozy, wonderful view. Perfect for a beach getaway, relaxing and amazing time to enjoy the peaceful beach. The host is always in contact if you need them. Loved our staying. Will come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s not directly on the beach, but the ocean and sound views from all the decks were great. We could walk to the beach within a couple minutes. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the dark with all the decorative lighting. I didn’t think we needed an elevator, but it made a huge difference with groceries and luggage. And we finally got to witness baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean just down the beach from the house! We would definitely stay there again!

Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Surf City. Jessica’s home is located in a tranquil, soundside environment that is still an easy & manageable walk to the beach and various restaurants. The home (and in particular, the kitchen!) is well-equipped with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple cars as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a lovely time. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The area is very quiet. Sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and hearing it was very peaceful. It was great to be able to go right across the street to the beach. This house provides beach chairs and umbrellas and much more for use. It was very good not to have to pack all that extra stuff. I really appreciated being able to use what was provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely recommend this place! The view, quietness, and just being able to relax was wonderful. Julie was very responsive to any of our questions and being able to stay at a place that allowed us to use their stuff like the kayaks, beach chairs , etc. was great! The location was perfect, close to shopping, and the supermarket, about 5 mins! We will definitely stay again!

Great location - lots of amenities from kitchen utensils to beach toys. Beds were comfortable. Layout was perfect for us.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was private, quiet, and family friendly. The listing was very accurate, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to feel at home during our stay. Donald was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We would come back again!

Greatly exceeded our expectations! Terrie was a great host. The condo itself is huge and anything you need is already there. The view of the pool and ocean is amazing from the balcony, which is shaded from the afternoon sun. It’s a sleepy little family beach and community where you can unwind and get some rest and relaxation. It was the perfect low stimulation environment for our special needs child. As a bonus, I didn’t get a single mosquito bite and didn’t use any bug spray the entire week.
