Our family loved our stay at Kat’s perfectly beautiful home! Kat was always very quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The location of the house can’t be beat, we loved the little putting green and hot tub. The home was spotless, comfy beds, great bathrooms. I would absolutely stay in this home again!

Great spot & gracious hosts. I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.

Heidi’s home provided a wonderful vacation home base for my family’s vacation. Heidi and Susie were very friendly and responsive from booking through check-out. Everything in the home was as described. Worth paying extra to have the pool heated and when any glitches came up, they responded quickly and effectively. Great location and very comfortable, well stocked house! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. My entire family agreed we would definitely return to this rental for our annual Santa Barbara trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this lovely home!! The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the different gardens are which surround the side and back yards or what care has been given to a simple, but lovely design inside. Two couples were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed the fire table and the hot tub which worked great. Hilary was very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend and look forward to returning!
