As you will see, it is an area that gives you a beach 4km away by car, from the sofa on the terrace and sitting inside the pool you can contemplate the wonderful views of the mountain of the Montgó natural park located in Denia 7km away. So you shouldn't miss the opportunity to come and visit us.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location overlooking the bay of Denia and Montgó. 15 minutes from the sea and 7 minutes from the shopping center. With modern furnishings, this fine vacation home on MONTE SOLANA offers the ideal conditions for a great holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, streaming TV (please note the information) and high-speed internet complete the picture. The 2 pools are shared, but are very rarely used.
