You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

It is an ideal accommodation to spend a few days of relaxation and tranquility with the family, it is a completely newly renovated Villa, and designed with all the amenities that our travelers need. As you will see, it is an area that gives you a beach 4km away by car, from the sofa on the terrace and sitting inside the pool you can contemplate the wonderful views of the mountain of the Montgó natural park located in Denia 7km away. So you shouldn't miss the opportunity to come and visit us.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Spacious and elegant, with tasteful décor and everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the town centre guarantees tranquillity and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

With modern furnishings, this fine vacation home on MONTE SOLANA offers the ideal conditions for a great holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, streaming TV (please note the information) and high-speed internet complete the picture. The 2 pools are shared, but are very rarely used.
