Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Onalaska

We stayed at this location for a family wedding in Viola. It was perfect for us to be together with our grown children. Loved the stocked kitchen to make dinner and the large dining room table that accommodated all of us for a meal. Enjoyed reading the hosts' story of how they came to have the property, and exploring their eclectic collection of decor was an added dimension to the stay. (I think you have convinced my husband that we need to go to Iceland - thank you!) Considering the home is located in the middle of a commercial area, it was still fairly quiet. And if you needed more buffer from the surrounding sound, there were fans, etc. in every room. Everything was exceptionally clean, with all the comforts of home. The pet-friendly atmosphere allowed us to have our furry family members with us, as well, which was a bonus. Overall, a fabulous find, convenient location, and a great value! Our group would highly recommend staying at Stacie's place.

We rented Tanya’s place as overflow for our out of town Thanksgiving guests. The home is very comfortable and in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay at Corrine's. She was very responsive to any questions we had. She gave great recommendations for places to eat in La Crosse. Her house is beautiful. The hiking trail was well taken care of, was a great hike, and it very had pretty scenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to hang around.

Fantastic place within walking distance to the river and downtown LaCrosse. Very clean and modern. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again when we are back!

Cozy place for a quick weekend family trip. Kids enjoyed gathering eggs from the chickens, and the game room was also a hit!

Very adorable, family friendly cabin! There were tons of toys for our toddlers and the location was perfect in walkable distance to 3 bears and Jellystone. The fire pit outback was private and very well put together. We definitely will be back

The Acorn Cabin was the perfect overnight spot for our trip to Iowa’s Driftless Area. Kim and Mike are wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed our visits with them over our four night stay. The cabin is full of little details that immediately made us feel at home, and we looked forward to returning there after days spent exploring the beautiful surroundings! Be sure to watch the DVD about the Driftless Area that’s in the upstairs bedroom to gain an appreciation for the area. Decorah has small town charm with plenty of restaurant options…thanks to our hosts for some great recommendations! Last, but certainly not least, we loved having the Icelandic sheep right outside and enjoyed learning about them. Sleep came easy with the sound of their “baas”through the open windows. We’ll definitely be back for a return stay at the Acorn Cabin❤️
