The house is located in the picturesque coastal town of Bakarac, which has all the amenities and beauty of a small coastal town by the sea, with countless swimming spots in the bay. There are two restaurants, a supply market, a church and a post office in the village. There are many promenades and bike paths, and there is also the possibility of renting a boat. Not far from Bakarac are the larger towns of Bakar, Kraljevica and the famous Crikvenica Riviera.
