On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. Here you will find books and movies made here and elsewhere, and art on the walls: we are also editors... Eco-friendly cottage (auto-treating, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Here, there is the charm of the mountain with a little air of Provence and at night no light other than that of the sky. From the cottage, the traditional path to the Ambel plateau climbs. Great for hikers.

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Le Gîte des Lançons - Independent gîte with garden

The Gîte des Lançons is totally independent of the main house. Its garden is reserved for you to eat or take a nap. Here you will only hear birds and bees. The calm surrounding the mountains is really relaxing but for the most active, there are many hiking departures around the house. The views of the passes are beautiful and the surrounding villages are worth a walk.
