Beachfront holiday rental in Oman

Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Monat in Heideroses Wohnung genossen!!! Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Heiderose ist der beste Host ever und hat sich unglaublich ins Zeug gelegt als es ein Problem mit der Wasserpumpe des Nachbarhauses gab, die unangenehme Geräusche verusachte. Sie hat das Problem innert kürzester Zeit behoben, obwohl es eigentlich gar nix mit ihrem Haus zu tun hatte. Auch Rashad, der Hausmeister, ist eine unglaublich hilfsbereite Person und sorgt super für Alles. Die Terasse ist der Hammer, auch der kleine Vorplatz und durch Heideroses Tipps lernten wir auch viele Menschen aus dem Dorf kennen und kauften abends frischen Fisch von den Fischern am Strand. Wir kommen wieder - inshallah!!!

Loved the place we felt like home 😀 Great buffet restaurants at Fanar and Rotana hotels with discount too..so no need to cook.. used Sandyz beach most days... made nice smoothies for us..hope we return again.. loved Oman ❤️ thanks Abdulhafedh 😊

One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

From the get go, Mohamed was responsive towards my queries. Check in was smooth and streamlined. Clear instructions given out. Even recommended places to go and eat! Didnt have a hairdryer at the start and when i asked him, he sent over his brother to send the hair dryer over when his brother was an hour’s journey away. Appreciate Mohamad and his brother for going the extra mile to provide excellent service! His home and surroundings were one of the most beautiful and peaceful i’ve ever stayed in. Area was still in development, however, there were still places to explore for food, leisure and activities! Recommend to stay at Mohamad’s if you’re ever in Oman and need a relaxing place to stay!

Nice and clean villa to spend out time with family or friends. I like the outdoor space of the villa since it has everything required for a family trip e.g. outdoor sitting, pool, play area for kids. BBQ grill etc. the kitchen was also well equipped with all the essentials. Location is also good with beach just couple of mins walk away only. Overall the place is highly recommended to stay when in Ashkarah.

Villa was beachfront and so calming. Enjoyed the plunge pool.

Abdelaziz a été très communicatif en amont et pendant le séjour. Il était très réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions et nous conseillait beaucoup sur les environs et places à voir. Il a été très arrangeant pour notre horaire d’arrivée. L’appartement est très moderne, bien équipé, la wifi fonctionne très bien, la télé dispose de YT, Netflix, amazone prime etc… Le complexe dans lequel se situe l’appartement est top : piscines, restaurants, plages, bar. C’est un peu excentré de Salalah (20-25min) et aussi à 30 mins de l’aéroport , mais on a le calme, la beauté du lieu, et toutes les commodités. Merci encore Abdelaziz pour tout, il a rendu très agréable notre séjour.

The house is located directly across the road from the beach with 3 restaurants on the same road. There is public parking on the main road. The rooms were large and bright. There was no outdoor space/garden but that didn’t matter as there’s a large balcony on the top floor and a smaller one on the second. Sulaiman was very kind, gracious and helpful.

Neu erstellte Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive Waschmaschine. In jedem Raum top Klimatisierung. Balkon gegenüber des Strands mit fantastischem Blick auf's Meer. Kostenlose Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür. Lift vorhanden. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen, da von Taqah aus zahlreiche Ausflugsziele erreichbar sind. Salalah ist ca. 35 Minuten mit dem Auto über eine top ausgebaute Schnellstrasse sehr gut erreichbar. Busverbindung ist uns keine bekannt. In Taqah selber kann man jedoch alles erhalten, was für den Alltag benötigt wird.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Salalah. The space was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and made our mornings extra special. We also appreciated the little extras like the board games – a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and we had complete privacy throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay in Salalah!

Essa goes above and beyond to help you, plus the apartment is huge and is on a GREAT location (very walkable). Essa is super kind, friendly and has a lot of recommendations for places (He has been the best host I ever been in contact with).

Es war sehr ein sehr ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, Innenausstattung ist sehr komfortabel, klasse Betten. Die Klimaanlage und der Garten sind eine Wohltat- prima um die Hitze des Tages zu überstehen. Mohammed ist ein äußerst liebenswürdiger, unterstützender Gastgeber. In seiner Abwesenheit kommt ein Hausangestellter und gießt den Garten wohl täglich, was uns vorher nicht bekannt war und daher überrascht hat. Bei unserer Ankunft hat der Helfer wohl unser Klingeln überhört, weil er statt dessen das Erdgeschoss mit Weihrauch gründlich ausgeräuchert hat. Wir verstanden es als freundliche Willkommensgeste und es war ok - nach dem Lüften. Die Gegend ist direkt am Meer, sehr einsame Lage. Tolle Brandung, ein bisschen Kraxeln zum Strand ist nötig. In der Nähe legen auch Schildkröten ihre Eier ab, es gelang uns eine zu sehen, allerdings in Ras-al-Jinz. Vorsicht: Auf der Fahrt dorthin hatten wir im Dunkeln fast einen Zusammenstoß mit einem Kamel. TOP Empfehlung!!

A good budget friendly spot for couples. Some additional touches can make the space better such as providing an electric kettle, iron (even if without a board), complimentary toiletries/water even if not such a big deal, bigger dustbin for the kitchen, tissues, etc. Overall, the stay was pleasant and Osama is easily reachable and responsive.

The apartment is located in very peaceful area and just 2min from very clean and peaceful beach. Minimarket, few local restaurants and coffee shops within 5min walk. Apartment was super clean and it is very spacious. You wont find luxury here, but everything is functional and tidy. Nice balcony with side seaview (wake up early, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and you might catch dolphins fishing <3). For bigger supermarket visits you need a car or book a taxi. Download Otaxi-app before you travel, it would be very difficult to find a taxi from the street direcly. Overall a good experience. And since the accommodation was very budget-friendly, i feel that it was well worth of the money.
