Beachfront holiday rental in Oman

That was our second time here and the apartment was even better than the first time. The couch in the living room was very comfortable to sleep for our kids. The pool has a sun screen . The service is friendly and very fast. The apartment was absolutly clean. we really love the view from the master bedroom. We highly recommend to stay here.

Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung ruhig und gut gelegen. Nähe eines Lebensmittelgeschäftes. Außenpool sehr schön. Ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne, obwohl das Bad und die Küche nicht ganz sauber waren, jedoch hat Abdulla sofort Reinigungskräfte geschickt um das in Ordnung zu bringen. Danke dafür! Ebenso schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Ce logement se trouve dans une magnifique médina. Tout est accessible à pied, restaurant, magasins, piscine.. L’endroit est super sécurisé ce qui permet de s’y sentir très bien !

One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. It was a great experience overall. Very peaceful place to spend time. The beach felt like a private beach. We’ve spent a great time at this place and the host is very friendly.

The apartment is one of the best that I ever lived in nice view accessible . Said and his brother Faisal are really reactive whenever we had anything they were answering rapidly I was glad we had to choose this

Good sized propertry, close to airport, opposite to beach.

It was a great stay in the apartment. The owner is very communicative and responsive. The apartment is spacious enough to fit 4 people, comfy mattress. The kitchen could be cleaner and more functional but if you’re not going to cook then it doesn’t matter because it’s a separate room which you can just close the door to. The location is great- peaceful yet close to the city center. Almost right on the beach, with many restaurants for dinner or breakfast (outside Ramadan) at the beach within 3-min walk, some with prices much lower than in the center, let alone tourist resorts. Great and cheap coffee in the nearby Like Cafe. I definitely recommend this place for the price in Salalah.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Essa per due notti e ci siamo toscani molto bene. La casa è spaziosa ed è molto carino il fatto di avere il balconcino per fare colazione. L’appartamento è proprio sul porto e dal terrazzo si vede il mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono numerosi ristoranti e il souq. Essa è stato un ottimo host, ci ha dato consigli molto utili e si è assicurato che tutto fosse okay. Consigliamo!

We stayed in Mohammed's house for four nights. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is surrounded by a garden with plants and meadow (a small oasis). The kitchen is fully equipped. There are spices, oil and many other little things that you need for cooking. Mohammed welcomed us personally. He got us fresh fish and prepared it together with us. He showed us the most beautiful beaches, places to watch turtles and a beautiful spot for the sunset. Mohammed is a very helpful and courteous host and wants to offer guests a perfect stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in your house.

A good budget friendly spot for couples. Some additional touches can make the space better such as providing an electric kettle, iron (even if without a board), complimentary toiletries/water even if not such a big deal, bigger dustbin for the kitchen, tissues, etc. Overall, the stay was pleasant and Osama is easily reachable and responsive.
