Accommodation located 8min walk from Wadi Shab departure, very clean and pleasant with a salvaging pool in great heat and stunning sea views. Bushra also offered us a great dinner, a great value for money. I recommend it!

The place is looked new and everything is good and clean. The pool size is great for kids and adults as well, nice Jacuzzi as well. It’s very near to the beach (5 mins) and It’s 30 mins away from Muscat downtown but still the price and amenities and worth it. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks Mohammed

We spent a few wonderful days at this villa and absolutely loved it! The villa is very clean, spacious, and comfortable — everything is well thought out. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the greenery surrounding the property — it felt like a little oasis. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything you might need. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked very last minute and Arshad was very accommodating. He was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating to any of our requests. We felt very at home and would gladly book again!

very nice, clean, and spacious appartment. fully stocked with everything you need. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet. Excellent central air conditioning for each room. Private covered car park with card access. Main door access to building by card. 5 start like hotel lifts (golden cladding) very shiny clean. Flat shares access door with the Millennium resort so you can use hotel restaurants, and tour operators. The host Mansoor made us feel at home. He checked on us regularly, and gave us advise on places to visit in Salalah. overall amazing experience and would come back again.

Samih's place is in a quiet, relaxing area. You can easily have a walk around, dine in at the restaurants nearby after a day trip in and around Salalah. The house is cozy and welcoming, as described. We would definitely come back to his place! Shukran for hosting us!

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

This was such a perfect stay. It had everything and more. I enjoyed the pool and gym convenience of this place. It's super near cafes, restaurants and a grocery store.
