Monthly Rentals in Olyphant

This place was the perfect stay in Scranton. Only 1 mile from where I was working downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to unwind at the end of my days. It was very clean (a must) with all the amenities one would need, and check-in/out instructions were prompt and clear.

Everything was very nice and clean. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit family in Scranton.

This was our second stay at Carolyn's place and it exceeded our expectations again. The continuous improvements made to the rental only serve to make staying here more enjoyable. Carolyn strives to ensure that there is plenty of everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All the comforts of home in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to everything in the area. You really can't ask for more, but,if you do need anything, Carolyn is always available and willing to help.

The house was clean and accommodated our needs. Plenty of space and appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. It’s right across the street from a bar so that was nice to walk to. Noise level was moderate. We did stay over the weekend so there was some street noise from neighbors and people going to the bar.
