Wir sind leider nur für eine Nacht geblieben: gerne hätte ich mehr Zeit in der Wohnung, bzw. auf dem Balkon verbracht. Der Meerblick war toll. Es war alles wie beschrieben da, gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und parken war easy. Die Kommunikation mit Patroklos war fantastisch. Gerne wieder!

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Alexandras apartment was the right place for our weekend getaway. Great location, clean, easy accessible with many restaurants near by. Host is very friendly and quick to response. note: Apartment is small, but has a balcony. Thanks

Jannis hat die Übergabe super organisiert! Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist toll! Das ist Urlaubsstimmung!!! Leider haben wir übersehen, dass die Wohnung um 12.00h übergeben werden sollte... ganz klar UNSER Fehler!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

To jeden z moich najlepszych pobytów podczas wielu lat korzystania z Airbnb. Zostałam przyjęta serdecznie, przyjaźnie i z wielką troską. Gospodarz myśli o najdrobniejszych szczegółach aby umilić gościom pobyt. Gdybym mogła dałabym 6+.Gorąco polecam!!!!!

Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Katerina wohnt zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in der oberen Wohnung, während die Airbnb Wohnung die untere Wohnung mit Garten ist. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und ihr Sohn spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns auch ein paar Mal sehr ausgeholfen. Dennoch hatten wir komplette Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit unserem 2jährigen Sohn und Mietauto da und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Schön ruhig, toller Garten mit schönen Meerblick. Man muss nur über die Straße laufen und schon ist man am Strand, der sauber und schön ist! Wir waren im September da und hatten den Strand manchmal sogar komplett für uns alleine. Die Lage ist auch gut, um eine Wanderung in der Nähe vom Olymp zu machen, oder die archäologischen Stätten in Vergina und Dion zu besuchen (alles ca. 40 min Autofahrt).

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Vasiliki war gut, sie hat meist sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei uns hat lediglich die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und der Strand/Geschäfte waren ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt als beschrieben. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, mit Booten, die nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt am Steg lagen, in ca. 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand und der herrliche Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte, haben uns begeistert. Außerdem sind viele Lokale, Bäckereien und alles, was man braucht, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊

Καθαρό σπίτι, ήσυχη περιοχή δίπλα στην θάλασσα με πολύ ωραία θέα και πάρκινγκ! Η Δήμητρα είναι πολύ φιλική, μας πρότεινε πολλά μέρη στην Επανομη και στην Μηχανιωνα για φαγητό και καφέ. Επίσης η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι πολύ κοντά, μισή ώρα περίπου με το αυτοκίνητο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Es un apartamento muy cómodo a poca distancia de la playa y andando a la zona de restaurantes. La decoración de la casa es muy bonita.
