Our villa is located in Ölüdeniz, the world's most popular holiday resort. It is 10 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the grocery stores. It has a separate entrance, a separate car garage, its own pool and a separate garden. Our villa is sheltered and enclosed from the outside. There is a BBQ area by the pool. Our villa has a parking lot for one vehicle. The entire place is reserved for you. Organized so you can have a solo vacation with your family. It has all the tools, equipment and devices that a home should have. There is air conditioning.

Our villa in Fethiye Faralyada is an environmentally friendly villa with its own waterfall on the beach, 5 minutes' walk to Çukuryurt beach, which is set in nature. (It supplies its electricity from the solar panel and its water from the underground water source) The 1st floor is an open kitchen and living room and the 2nd floor is a double bedroom. If desired, the sofa on the 1st floor can be opened to accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy the small garden on the side of our villa, the terrace in front and the pool.

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
