Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Private, air-conditioned accommodation, with no neighbours opposite, in the middle of the vineyards, for a couple's stay in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Upstairs, there is a single open-plan room with a 200 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in shower and a spa bath. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge area, a separate toilet and a terrace for your outdoor meals. The place doesn't have wifi.

Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).
