The room is located in our spacious house with terrace, with access to the pool and SPA (no extra charge). No space shared with the host and/or other guests. At the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood of La Roche-sur-Yon. Located 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and O'Gliss Park, 45 minutes from Le Puy-du-Fou and 10 minutes from Vendespace. Warm and friendly welcome. You will have sunshine from the morning, by opening your curtains, sunshine widely available in the country of Les Olonnes.

We offer for rent our guest room in our main residence in La Billonniere, a place called the Château d'Olonne exit. (place said to be quiet and eccentric) We are 6/8 min from Les Sables and 3 min from the L'Etabliere area. Separate entrance, adjoining toilet and the bathroom is not adjoining. The bedding is new from April 2025. TV for DVD player only. We have 2 boys, soon to be 5 and 12 years old, as well as a dog.

Shops and park nearby, SNCF train station 15 minutes walk. Our house is simple and comfortable, we like to receive and exchange with our guests, but it is without obligation :-) A cat at home, shy, chances are you won't see her. Don't book if you are severely allergic.

Petit-déjeuner compris PS : c’est une location de chambre d’hôte pas de la maison entière où nous résidons.
