Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 minutes from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.

Our house in Olivos, Buenos Aires is a large family friendly house with a lovely pool and self-contained barbeque at the end of the garden. Situated next to La Quinta, the President's house. Olivos is a very green part of the city, close to the Rio de la Plata, near to the city centre and within striking distance of Tigre and the Delta. We divide our time between Buenos Aires and London, but we have a local host to meet you when not in town. We can be messaged at any reasonable time of the day!

The house is located in the lower part of San Isidro, in front of the port, near the ecological reserve and meters from the river, nice for cycling, the neighborhood is very quiet, in the middle of the gastronomic area. The house is spacious and very bright, the garden is large, the rooms are comfortable with large windows, the feeling of living here is like being on vacation in the middle of the city.
