To Svenska Mässan, Ullevi, Scandinavium, Liseberg, Universeum, and the Museum of World Culture, you can reach by tram in about 15 minutes. The tram stop is just 280 meters from the apartment The apartment, situated on the upper floor of our historic house, offers three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with new, comfortable double beds. The large living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy a stunning view of the city – perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or an evening drink. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your own meals, and there is a modern bathroom with a shower. Crib available for small children (< 2 years) - an additional cost of 10 euros per night applies For those traveling by car, we offer private parking on the property, and our large, lush garden is at your disposal. Although we live on the ground floor, the apartments are completely separate, so you have your own entrance and complete privacy. Our home is ideal for families, groups, and business travelers. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people, and we also have an extra bed available upon request (maximum 7 people). Please note that we value peace and quiet in our home, which means parties and loud activities are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. New apartment on top floor on the vibrant Tredje Långgatan in the city center! Enjoy Göteborg's most popular neighbourhoods and streets - Linnéstaden and Tredje Långgatan. This is where all meet; singles, families and the older crowd to enjoy bars, cafés and attractions. It's also close to the famous old town Haga and the park Slottskogen. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!

Vardagsrummet ligger i en öppen vinkel med köket, där det finns diskmaskin, kyl, micro och full utrustning för matlagning. Sovrummet har dubbelsäng. Badrummet är rymligt och har dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Townhouse in central Gothenburg

Välkomna till Göteborgs härligaste gata Tredje Långgatan och ett unikt town house med två våningar och egen uteplats. En halvtrappa upp nås en mindre toalett och på övre plan ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (180 cm), spjälsäng för den som har behov av detta, ytterligare ett mindre sovrum med en 90 säng samt ett teverum med soffa. Från övre plan nås även ett sovloft med en bekväm säng (90cm). Vid behov kan soffan på första vången göras om till säng, använd då bäddmadrasserna bredvid soffan.

Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg och det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
