The tram stop is just 280 meters from the apartment The apartment, situated on the upper floor of our historic house, offers three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with new, comfortable double beds. The large living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy a stunning view of the city – perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or an evening drink. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your own meals, and there is a modern bathroom with a shower. Crib available for small children (< 2 years) - an additional cost of 10 euros per night applies For those traveling by car, we offer private parking on the property, and our large, lush garden is at your disposal. Although we live on the ground floor, the apartments are completely separate, so you have your own entrance and complete privacy. Our home is ideal for families, groups, and business travelers. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people, and we also have an extra bed available upon request (maximum 7 people). Please note that we value peace and quiet in our home, which means parties and loud activities are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. From the upper floor, you can also reach a sleeping loft with a comfortable bed (90 cm). If necessary, the sofa on the first floor can be turned into a bed, then use the mattress pads next to the sofa.
