Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olive Branch

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

We loved staying at Debora’s place! It was so charming and peaceful, we absolutely loved it! So many thoughtful details throughout the home as well as some snacks and a handwritten card that were very pleasant surprises. We loved all of the outdoor space as well as the screened in porch where we played ping pong! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Debora was also a wonderful host and had great communication with us! We loved all of the details and special touches throughout the home and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Byhalia!

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

This was my first experience in a Airbnb and Morgan made my experience very enjoyable. Morgan responded promptly whenever I had a question and she was always pleasant and willing to assist.

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! We visited the Memphis area for the, Memphis is May, Bar-B-Q Competition. After researching the crime statistics in Memphis we opted to search in the outlying areas. Olive Branch is less than 30 minutes from downtown Memphis, and we felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and home. The host was very responsive, the home was clean and spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Thank you, Treshawn!

We had a great stay at Sath’s place! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the house was only a few minutes away from Snowden Grove baseball complex. Located in a great neighborhood, near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The house was beautiful and clean! We will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Emily and Drew are such a great host, The apartment is beautiful, Nice in and out and i recommend anyone visiting memphis to check it out. One great thing about this place is that it is close to everything downtown. I will stay here again anytime

Great suite with all the amenities and a responsive host

A++ rental! We loved our stay here and actually ended up extending a few additional days. Was very glad to finally find an Airbnb that was still small enough for just two people but also included a large comfy couch where you could comfortably spread out and relax without being so cramped like how some other 1bd/1ba rentals seem to only have tiny couches. Would totally stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other guests were all very quiet and we never had any disturbances at all during our stay. Perfect hidden gem in a historical area of midtown. Thanks! Will definitely be back again!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
