Serpentine-y Luxury Country Escape

Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10am. Unfortunately, no children. Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Perfect for a quiet, restful weekend or for those explorers with an adventurous spirit!

Guesthouse at The Ranch

Unwind in our light-filled private guesthouse on a peaceful 5-acre bush property in Wandi. You’ll have the entire place to yourself with a private entry. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, comfy lounge and spacious bathroom. Downstairs is your own kitchen and dining area, with large outdoor patio & BBQ. Wake to birdsong, stroll the grounds our dog, say hi to the chickens, then relax. Easy self check-in, plenty of parking and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are onsite in a separate house if you need anything.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Immaculate cute beachside duplex located a short 10 minute walk to The beautiful Rockingham Foreshore, where you will find the stunning Rockingham Beach, cafes, award winning Restaurants, wine bars, shops, and picnic and playground areas. Walk to the end of the street & you can hop on a shuttle bus that will take you down the foreshore or to the train/bus station where you can be exploring Perth stress free. If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.

Oakford Family Farm Stay

Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!
