The apartment was clean, check in was quick, everything went well. Location was great and everything went well. Communication was also very easy and the hosts provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

We were hosted very well by Jurij. He was responsive when we were missing things or had questions and always made himself available. The accommodation is easily accessible by buses 145 or 152 from the Kobylisy metro/tram stop (metro C in particular). The accommodation is located between Libenska and Cimice stops. Moreover, on the side of the Cimice stop, you will find a small supermarket open from 6am to 11pm as well as an ATM and pharmacy. Nearby there is an Albert where you can shop until 9pm and not far from the Repinska stop (with bus 152) you will have a Lidl. If you have children and you want to go to the zoo it will also be easy to access by taking bus 235 not far away (stop Repinska). The listing is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is very well equipped including a very convenient indoor grill for cooking meat or vegetables quickly while we nibble on peanuts!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you need parking and have a large group of people. Our seven were very comfortable in this well stocked home. It was very convenient to downtown Prague. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Everything was fine! Really quite and nice nature right around the house. It takes around 30 minutes with public transportation to be in the city center.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Everything went according to the agreement!

Great quiet location, lots of greenery around and on the terrace. Gas grill, sauna, pool and jacuzzi made our family vacation relaxing. Expectations were completely in line with reality. I would come back here again.

It's a great place to visit. The whole of Prague is magical and you can quickly get anywhere from the area. Plus, there's not much traffic in the evening, so you can relax.

A great place to stay for a larger group to Prague. The landlord was super prepared and was already able to answer many questions before our arrival. The apartment itself was very clean and generally makes a good impression, the tram/bus is also within walking distance. A really great stay!

Berthold's apartment is spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and used nearby businesses, but also the proximity of public transport and easy trips around the city. The place was nice without the slightest issues. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was also very nice!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location even though you are still in Prague, just a few steps from the bus stop and the forest behind you. All the comfort you need for both work and relaxation. For relaxation or for pets, one can use the beautiful in front of the garden. Very responsive owners and great communication. I was very satisfied and would be happy to recommend this place and would love to come back.

Absolutely a parade of accommodation, if like us you need an apartment near 02 arena. Especially if you're going to three colleagues and need everyone's peace and privacy. Everything is perfect. I totally recommend everything. Thank you again.
