Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. There are many stairs you will need to climb but the breathtaking view is worth of it. From all our rooms and kitchen you will have a splednid view of Adriatic sea and Dubrovnik City Walls! Within 100meters of our apartment you will find bars and restaurants, beach, museums, and many other attractions.

Just 5 minutes of walking from Old City, this stylish home is located in Dubrovnik's most prestigious neighbourhood-Ploce, right across of 5 star hotel Excelsior and 1 minute from Banje Beach.Easy to find, no stairs on the street, the house was built in 1836 and stayed in the family. It's part of UNESCO World Heritage and it has been wonderfully restored; traditionally yet with modern touches.These spacious two rooms overlooking the sea, island of Lokrum and Old City will take your breath away.

Old town centar lovely apartment

This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..

A private terrace is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a wooden lounging area with cushions. A hanging chair adds a cozy touch. A stone wall provides a rustic feel, while distant views of the sea and the Old Town are visible beyond.
