Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

Enjoy the use of your private patio seating area with views over the owners garden and pond. A larger garden area and further seating is also available for guest use. Local good pub (15 mins walk). N York Moors National Park: 15 mins drive.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Granary Cottage, Hillside Caravan Park, Thirsk

The cottage has been converted from a traditional stone barn and still retains some of the original beams, combining a contemporary feel with a touch of tradition. The cottage sleeps 5 people and provides a spacious living/dining area, equipped with a fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, cooker and hob. There is a downstairs WC and a washing machine/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities (including bath) and a sofa bed in the living area.
