House holiday rentals in Old Naples

Sublime. Such a wonderful, relaxing and perfect week! Absolute best place to stay in Naples. Location can’t be beat. Houseboat is amazingly comfortable… cozy living room, fully outfitted kitchen and dining room, great bath and gorgeous master. Enough closet for all my clothes (which is a lot), storage for suitcases… decor is spot on.. and the DECKS! Private rear for morning coffee, topside for stretching out and doing that, ‘oh yea, we’re yacht owners’… gorgeous couches… tables, tropical plants, etc… and finally, the top-top deck… where we reclined on loungers and stargazed at night. The neighborhood (harbor), provides great boat watching, the Dock and Boathouse restaurants had awesome takeout (we never wanted to dine anywhere other than our top deck), and the tiki bar club (private to Cove residents), had wonderful drinks. Walker is a terrific gentleman, and his retreat is simply THE BEST❤️

What an amazing stay! This spot is a gem that rewarded my guest and I amazingly! We will be back! Centric to best spot in Naples. Incredible place to unwind and celebrate. An oasis of comfort with plenty of room, every single thing you need and as clean as the best hotels I have ever stayed at!!! We will be back!

This place is just what our family was looking for. The home was clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The pool area had privacy, which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and we liked being right next to the pickleball courts. We did a lot of fishing off the back dock catching catfish and snapper. Only a few miles from the beach. Some great local restaurants nearby. Dara was responsive and helpful with any questions I sent her way. Overall, would highly recommend this stay for a family or friends getaway.

Great house We enjoyed our stay

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

We had a really great vacation at Michele’s house. The pool area is huge and very well furnished with a variety of seating areas. Very relaxing! The pool has a lake view and excellent privacy. We had everything we needed and Michele was extremely responsive and informative throughout our time there. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay for our family. The young kids especially enjoyed the splash pad in the pool. It was great for the littles who couldn’t quit swim by themselves. I appreciate that they thought of their guests and had all the extra amenities for us to use during our vacation, especially for the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing time at La Dolce Vita! The place was super comfortable, spacious, and spotless. It just a 30min drive to the beach. The pool was awesome! Brenda was a fantastic host, always ready to help and flexible with our requests. the kitchen was fully equipped and we loved the little care packages in the bathrooms. It was very relaxing gateway for our family. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with another couple and we each brought our toddler. Nice private yard and pool. Easy check in process, great for families. Did not utilize any of the toys but plenty of books, games, pool and beach toys. Laundry was a plus! The bunk beds would be perfect for older kids. Comfortable beds and cozy place!

My family and I stayed for a week in Dana’s place. We enjoyed the pool the most, and felt so comfortable and relaxed, every room was very clean. We can tell she pays attention to every detail to make this a perfect retreat. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, such a relief. Peaceful neighborhood, supermarkets and beaches within 15-20 minutes. She provided clear instructions and communications. We will definitely come back!

Everything was amazing. Highly recommended. The home was super spacious and well cared for, everything was very clean, it was very good that it had the essentials for cooking! The host answered my questions super quickly and kindly. I would definitely stay there again! I loved Naples!

Great place to stay for a work trip, quiet and easy to access via private entry, all the basic needs you will need for a week long stay. Great host and a great price point. Extremely close to downtown Naples, the zoo, all the great local coffee shops and few minute drive to beach front. 15 minute drive to one of my favorite local restaurants “The Dock at Crayton Cove “

Marissa was a great host and the property was as described. The place was easy to find with very clear instructions which were helpfully throughout. We felt right at home the entire time! Would highly recommend

This was our second stay at Alora’s and we would continue to recommend it. The home is free of clutter and clean, with amenities we needed for a family of four (2 young kids). The beach pass is such a perk, with the beautiful beach a close drive away and easy parking/access. Alora is a responsive host. We look forward to another stay in the future!

We had a fantastic time at Chris's property in Naples. The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and grilling. We travel to Naples twice per year and this is our favorite airbnb that we have rented. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Chris for being an excellent host!

Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

The home is beautiful, the grounds incredibly curated, and the pool was pristine and soothing. The kitchen was particularly well appointed, and for those of us who enjoy entertaining and/or cooking, it was a chef's kitchen. We have already committed to return next year..for a longer stay! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Naples, Florida. The home was absolutely immaculate — spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with all the appliances and comforts you could need. It was incredibly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was a highlight — pristine and perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. Even on the couple of rainy days we had, the hosts went above and beyond by sending thoughtful gifts for our children, which really made the experience extra special. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to any families visiting Naples. We stayed here for a family wedding and were very satisfied! I especially appreciated all of the kid friendly amenities that were available (beach toys, a stroller, a pack n play). The house was clean and functional. We really enjoyed our stay!
