Beach house holiday rentals in Old Naples

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Home & amenities were wonderful! Loved the central location & all of the wonderful beach chairs wagon etc in the garage. The Aveda product in the bathrooms was so nice! Ayleen was super responsive whenever we had a question We will be back for sure! :)

Wow! This house is a real gem. Beautiful comfy, very well equipped, amazing waterfront location, close to Vanderbilt beach. Full of games for kids, very warm and clean pool, house with a really good soul ❤️ amazing agancy that takes care of absolutely everything and responds 24/7. Just amazing!

We had an amazing time in Ft Myers. The house was in a great location, close to the each and grocery store and had everything we could need. Would definitely come back. Susan was very quick to respond to my questions.

The house has been beautifully remolded. It had everything we needed and wanted. It’s very close to all the wonderful restaurants on the Island. We never had a bad meal or service. Would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

Staying here was great! Great location and everything was nice & clean. We last minute decided to stay an extra night and Kathy was quick and responsive with the request. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was excellent. The house is very well located and the price seemed totally reasonable. What really made the difference was the host's treatment: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the first moment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet experience and being well served.

We especially fell in love with the pool area; it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy with the family. The beach was just a short drive away and was peaceful and beautiful. Dana was a fantastic host—so kind and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. We truly felt at home. We loved the house so much that we’re planning to come back every year. We had an amazing stay at this house in Naples! The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space next to the pool. We spent a lot of time out there - it was peaceful, relaxing, and the pool was so much fun. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s actually the first Airbnb we’ve stayed at that had good kitchen knives - such a nice surprise! There’s also a bunch of beach gear available and even four bikes, which were perfect for riding to the beach. You can also walk there; it's not a long distance at all. The location is honestly my favorite in Naples. It’s super convenient - close to all the grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. Plus, Mercato is nearby with lots of shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an absolutely great 4 day stay. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. The description in the listing is completely accurate. We would for sure choose this place again for future stays.

We holiday twice a year in and around the waterways. This property is without doubt the best we have stayed in. The location, the furniture, everything in the house was excellent. Crissy was always on hand and on a couple of occasions had some items delivered immediately to the house…. Such a superb host and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem at all for her…. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Was a great house with plenty of room both in bedroom space and bathrooms. The pool area with hot tub and projector screen was awesome. Was very cool to night swim and watch something on the big screen. Everything was labeled which made finding things super easy and the host was outstanding. Made sure we had everything we needed and was beyond accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in that area.

Everything we could have asked for. The place was easy to find, immaculate and was actually better than on the pictures! Highly recommend this place.

The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Alana - Thank you for being a great host!

Staking at Jennifer’s place is an excellent location to start a relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet area, but the residence is also close to the city Centre with excellent restaurants, the Beach and nearby stopping malls. A place to recommend, as I would return without any doubt.

Everything was perfect! Pool was warm, spacious, beds were comfortable, house was clean!!! Close to everything!

I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful home!! Antonio was the very best host - always responsive and he has thought of absolutely everything a guest might want or need. The backyard was amazing and our family made wonderful memories there - I know yours will too.

Ben was extremely accommodating. Our flight got in very early and he had the place ready for us ahead of time. The amount of kitchen items and towels were wonderful! Looks just like photos - Highly recommend!

Dan was always very responsive! The location was perfect for the activities we were participating in at the Ritz Carlton throughout the weekend! Bedding and linens very comfy!
