Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Old Manali

A very pretty place, 2 rooms and a great hall with a fireplace, 5km from mall road and u get 2w to rent right outside. 10/10, clean, super soft beds and extra blankets, and full time hot water at every sink

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was really a great property. Manali is hardly 6km away from here. My family and pets felt so comfortable, it felt like a home in the mountains. The property and the food are very affordable. Our host, Gandharva, was very nice and helpful. Caretaker Deepa and Amit served us the best food and provided excellent service. There's parking available at the property itself, and they also have a garden area where you can play with your furry friends. In short, it was a fantastic place with a stunning view and great affordability.

We had an absolutely wonderful 6-day stay at Ambika’s Airbnb, and it was hard to leave this gem! The property is a spacious and beautiful retreat, nestled amidst stunning apple orchards that create a serene, peaceful, and private atmosphere. The location is perfect—tranquil yet conveniently just 500 meters from local amenities, offering the best of both worlds. The house itself is gorgeous, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen was well equipped, washing machine was helpful & water heaters helped a lot. Ambika was an exceptional host, incredibly helpful and responsive. She provided contacts for local services, which made exploring the area a breeze. The peaceful surroundings and the charm of the orchards made our stay truly special. We left feeling rejuvenated but sad to say goodbye. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a serene escape with all the comforts of home!

What a place. What a team. If you have the chance to stay here, then STAY HERE!! The home sits at the top of a village overlooking the value with amazing views. It is peaceful and away from tourists. You will feel like you are off the grid and away from everything else. The home is brand new. We were lucky enough to see snow for 2 days making the scenery even more spectacular. We even saw monkeys come down from the trees after it started snowing. The team are absolute kings. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was the best we had in India. The chef’s attention to detail is second to no one we’ve seen. Make sure you have a BBQ outside with a bon fire. The staff are always checking to see if you need something and making sure that everything is going well with regular check ups through the day and evening. The owner provided some amazing tips and support for the surrounding areas and even drove us down the mountain to see Manali. Would recommend everyone stays here. Awesome.

The space is thoughtfully designed, clean, and perfect for a long stay. It had everything I needed — from a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen to a peaceful ambiance surrounded by nature. Chhabil is a warm and helpful host who made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was always responsive and offered great local tips about Manali. The studio is in a lovely location — quiet, yet well-connected, with beautiful views and apple orchards all around. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and spending evenings on the lawn was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers, couples, or remote workers looking for a serene escape. Thank you, Chhabil, for the hospitality. I hope to return soon!

I found this place at a time when I deeply needed rest. There was a gentle scent of sunlight in the room, and the artwork on the walls felt quietly inspiring — I felt at ease the moment I arrived. It’s a space where silence feels welcome, and where you don’t need to explain anything. Nestled in a village that still holds onto its beautiful traditions, the Hadimba Devi Temple is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything you might need — shops, cafés, and other essentials — is close by, so it’s both peaceful and convenient. While this place would be wonderful to share with loved ones or travel companions, I’d especially recommend it to those who find it hard to put things into words, and simply want to spend some quiet time with themselves.

It is a very beautiful place to stay with very peaceful neighbourhood with mesmerising views from room as seen in the pictures. The property is very well maintained and meant for someone who is looking to live at a peaceful space and surrounding instead of super commercialised area of manali Shoutout to the host utkarsh for being super responsive even at very early hour of the day and helping us with local recommendations and contacts which made our trip easy to plan. I myself is a host and after staying at this property i will definitely recommend this to everyone as he met all the standards that are needed for a memorable and peaceful stay, i will definitely comeback to stay here again!

thr best you can find in Manali for this price the place was extremely clean it is 3-4 km from old Manali and hadimba temple but walking distance from vashisht temple just some of the amenities were missing except the staff was extremely cooperative and helpful

I recently stayed here, and it was indeed a memorable stay. Abhay’s hospitality was note worth, he ensured all our needs are met. The place is a cozy chalet, close enough from the Mall Road, yet fairly quiet. Food preps were spot on and all customisations were kept in mind. One can see snow clad mountain peaks from the sitout itself. Good experience will recommend.

There were also indoor games like chess, snakes and ladders, Jenga puzzles that kept us all entertained and provided quality family time. The outdoor spaces were great for the kids to explore. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Mosum Retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Manali. Can’t wait to return!

A Home Away from Home! If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, and heartwarming stay in the mountains, look no further than Seema Aunty and Subhash Ji’s beautiful Airbnb. The wooden cabin itself is a dream—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable heated mattresses. Every meal was home-cooked, ultra-delicious, and bursting with flavor. It was pure comfort food, made with love. On our last day, Seema Aunty herself made us the most amazing aloo parathas, which were hands down the best we’ve ever had. Seema Aunty is one of the warmest, kindest hosts you’ll ever meet. She made sure we were comfortable at all times and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One thing to keep in mind—reaching the property requires climbing around 3-4 floors worth of stairs, so if you’re traveling with elderly family members, do consider this. Thank you, Seema Aunty and Subhash ji for a wonderful stay!!

It was great experience staying at his place. Its an isolated, peaceful place away from the crowd. Have been to manali several times this one was the best experience mall road is overrated if you truly want to enjoy the mountains this is the place for you. Homely food and snacks made the experience even better would love to visit again.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful escape,the stream flowing through the property made it even more calm and peaceful and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing us clear instructions on how to reach the property . We would absolutely stay here again. Food was amazing too.

We had a relaxing stay at this peaceful cottage nestled in Jagatsukh village, just outside Manali. The location is quiet and scenic—perfect for unwinding. Parking is available on the street, with a short 2–3 minute walk to the cottage, which was not an issue. The cottage is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. Great spot for those looking to enjoy nature and a calm atmosphere away from the crowds.
