Perfect place to stay in Swanage. We loved the sea views. Great location with everything in walking distance. Bev was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for our family or 5. It was nice and cosy and the children loved the garden and near by playground. It’s in a great location for the beach and stunning local trails.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from Clare who took us directly to the cozy snug. We met her gorgeous friendly dogs on the way. We were shown the garden which had spectacular views of the beach, countryside and Swanage bay. We had a very comfortable peaceful sleep. In the morning Clare had left us warm croissants and pain au chocolat. We made a cup of coffee and ate these in the garden whilst taking in the view. Thank you Clare. We had a lovely couple of days in Swanage and thank you for recommending the walk along the beach, that was a first for us. Jo and Laurie.

Highly recommended. We want to visit again Very clean, well equipped and comfortable place. Perfect Graham was also super nice, clear and flexible Location: place is very near beach access, and small walk (20min) to Swanage center. Easily accessible even without a car: a bus goes straight from the place to Shellbay or Bournemouth Thank you !
