Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Okinawa

My boyfriend and I loved everything about this place. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail was wonderful. Simplistic but super modern. Spacious and squeaky clean. We loved the traditional bedding and tatami mats, it was so comfy. The execution was a 10/10. Truly an oasis in Nakijin. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Michiru was an exceptional host who warmly welcomed our group of six. The house was spotless, in a great location, with cozy beds, clean bathrooms, strong water pressure, and thoughtful amenities like beach towels, slippers, and umbrellas. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the spacious rooftop was perfect for relaxing. Michiru’s local recommendations were excellent, and she went above and beyond to help us book restaurants and activities—always prompt and offering multiple options. A fantastic stay I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa! Thank you, Michiru, for your exceptional hospitality!

전반적으로 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 깨끗하고 아늑했으며 주방에서 바라보는 뷰가 너무 좋아서 흐린날씨에도 매번 감탄했습니다. 성인4 아이1 다섯명이서 아주 여유롭게 머무를 수 있는 공간이었어요 아쉬웠던 점은 냉장고에 물이나 기본적인 조리료도 없었다는 것입니다.. 조미료는 관리의 어려움이 있으니 그럴수 있겠다고 생각하지만, 물 정도는 냉장고에 있었다면 훨씬 환영받는 느낌이 들었을 것 같네요:)

サンセットがめちゃくちゃ綺麗で 夜空もめちゃくちゃ綺麗で お部屋もとても綺麗で お部屋にはアイスや飲み物が付いていて 小さな街だったけど 街はいろんなお店があって 総じて良くて、料金は安すぎるくらいでしたね。

とても快適に過ごせました！沖縄のスタイルで、木調な雰囲気でとても心地良いです。家主のセンスが溢れており、キッチンがとにかく使いやすくてお上品な器具ばかりで素敵です！ 海までも近くて最高な夕日を見れました！夜は近くにあるスーパーでお買い物して自炊し、ゆっくりできました。 自転車も一台お借りいただいており、使いやすかったです。

This beautiful Airbnb is in an unbeatable location- right at the entrance to the market, there are hundreds of restaurants and shops outside the door. If the wild energy of Kokusai-dori street is your thing, it's a short walk up the street. The furnishings of this place are remarkable- beautiful and homey, everything you need. I don't know how they got all those huge pieces of wooden furniture up that staircase, but the result is an apartment anyone would dream to live in. One tip: bring sleeping eye masks- the bright exit sign lights up the whole place at night, and an eye mask will help you sleep if you are sensitive to light.

We had such a wonderfull time at Keiko’s house that we extended our stay. The house felt like a home away from home. We discoverd the whole island from of this place. You can park your car in front of the house. The most stunning beaches are within walking distance. The house had a nice bath and shower, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. What more can you wish for? We even found toys for the kids. Definitily recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable family stay.

가족 첫 해외 여행이였고 전통적인 가옥과 함께하니 더욱 추억깊은 여행이였습니다. 4살 1살 아기와 함께했지만 부족함없는 숙소였고 아기용품까지 구비해주셔서 너무나 편한 곳입니다 다음엔 부모님과 함께 다시 오고싶은 곳입니다. 요시님 행복하게 맞이해주셔서 감사합니다. 가족 모두 건강하시고 다음여행때 기회가된다면 또만나요! :)

第二次入住，依然喜歡，開窗就有海，房內應有盡有，溫馨且乾淨，房東回覆快速，附近超市、便利商店或餐廳都有，很方便，推薦情侶和一家四口！

Un vrai coup de cœur ! Le penthouse est encore plus beau que sur les photos : spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec goût, et surtout… la vue sur la mer est absolument incroyable. Se réveiller chaque matin face à l’océan a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour se détendre, et proche de tout ce qu’on voulait visiter. L’hôte a été très attentionné et réactif. On reviendra sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente. Merci pour cette magnifique expérience !

Good and clean apartment in general, close to the downtown with total 4 car parking lots on the Building. The apartment had a balcony and washing and dry machine. But the apartment was located on the middle of slope and the car park lot are always full and not suitable for big car. Would be a good choice for family with kids in general.

Loved my stay here. Beautiful apartment with everything I needed. Was able to cook and do laundry. Was really comfortable and also near Kokusai Dori street for bus connections, restaurants and markets.

is a great location from so many amazing things, can easily get to the aquarium, beach, and the tropical dream center. also a great view of the ocean and a clean place to stay in. would go again

清潔感ありとても素敵な宿でした。 Jimmyさんも質問にすぐ答えて頂きました。 寝室.トイレ.シャワールームも2つあり 洗濯機.乾燥機あり洗剤も準備されていて とても助かりました。 近くにコンビニやスーパーや 飲食店もあり便利です。 アメリカンビレッジまで15分前後 那覇空港から1時間前後 恩納村までは30分前後で移動できます。 少し高速まで距離がありましたが 一般道を使用するには問題ありませんでした。 とても開放感のある素敵なお部屋で 大満足しました。 また是非沖縄に行く際は利用させて 頂きたいなって思ってます。

The place was really clean and well maintained. Very convenient location with a supermarket really close as well as a couple of restaurants.

とても良い滞在をありがとうございました⭐︎小さい子供がいますが、走り回れるほどの広いお部屋と、ふかふかのベッド、大きいソファーととても楽しく過ごしやすかったです。二世帯で利用しましたが部屋も分かれており、プライバシーも守られます。友達同士の旅行やファミリーにもおすすめです。Daisukeさんのお人柄もとても素敵でした！一階にあるお店の雰囲気もとても良く、ビールもとてもおいしかったです。また一緒に飲める日を楽しみにしています！

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised and was bright and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Youki was very responsive to all communications and when we had an issue with the snorkeling gear she resolved it immediately (which we really appreciated). We chose this location for the easy access to beaches and snorkeling and we were not disappointed. It was mere minutes to walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes from the popular Blue Cave location. We snorkeled every day, even when it rained, and we saw so many beautiful corals and fish! The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There are not many restaurants and only a small convenience store, so it is best if you have a rental car when staying at this location. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

A fantastic place for a fantastic host! The place was very clean and just as described. The host offers a car rental service at a very good price. Keep in mind a car is absolutely essential in Okinawa. Highly recommended! Book without hesitation!

Spacious and clean. Convenient, with amenities nearby such as Starbucks and restaurants. Famous aquarium is close by too.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos enfants de 18 mois et 4 ans. Nous avons tout adoré. La vue était spectaculaire et on s'est sentis bien dans le logement immédiatement. le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Nous n'avions pas envie de partir. Merci !

We had a lovely stay! Everytime was great - a huge living space compared to other accommodations in Japan, very clean, we also got pajamas and toiletries to use during our stay. It was easy to check in as there is someone at the reception desk. It's fairly close to the popular shopping area - about 25 minutes if you walk. The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a large grocery store and a few conscience stores so it feels like you have everything you need nearby. Would definitely recommend this place and stay her again!
