Holiday houses in Okanogan River

Excellent stay close to the Methow trails for XC skiing! Very private, but less than a 5 minute drive to a few trailheads. Perfect location, close to downtown Winthrop and a short drive to Mazama! Michael’s place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for our winter adventures.

We felt so fortunate to have found Geri's accommodation available for the dates we required, April 23 - 28th of 2025. Then very happy that the photos & description of the accommodation, were even more desirable once we walked inside Geris place & could see with our own eyes. There was everything that we needed there for our stay. Next time we come, we'll look forward to having energy and time to cook for ourselves & enjoy the lake. We loved to look out at view in the morning from either, inside, or on the deck, while we sipped our coffee. When we came back in the evening, exhausted from physical & emotional work each day, it was fantastic therapy to look out at the lake and lights reflecting on it and relax as we enjoyed our evening's refreshing beverage before going to sleep. Thank you for the thoughtful gift you left in the fridge for us to enjoy. We unfortunately didn't get an opportunity so playing it forward for the next guest. Thank you Geri, we'll be back. Great little place for a fun summer getaway for 2 families! The place has all the kitchen equipment and linens/towels you will need (but remember to bring your own toiletries), and the place is cozy and well setup for hanging out with kids. The dining table is very large so it’s perfect for family-style dinners. The location of the cottage within the complex is a bit further from the beach than some of the other cottages, but totally fine for walking down to the beach with a few things. However, if you have a lot of beach equipment and floaties, it’s better to drive them down to the drop off location near the beach. Our kids loved the bicycles and mini kayaks provided by the owners, which was such a bonus! And the pool/hot tub/gym is a great amenity that was enjoyed by all of us. All of the people in the complex seemed super friendly; lots of kids and families around. Lastly, the location is near some amazing wineries so that was very convenient as well! We loved it.

4 guy golf weekend, perfect spot with privacy and room to play beach games and enjoy a fire

We enjoyed a family & friends getaway. We spent time at the wharf, rented a pontoon boat nearby, relaxed at the pool and went on a group wine tour. The teens got “tattoos” and went on rides at Rattlesnake Canyon. The condo is accessible, has a lovely view, comfy patio furniture and and lots of pool towels and floaters for the lake. Great hosts! We stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! Amazing location, so close to the lake and pool. House was perfect for 2 families. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome Easter weekend. This place is perfect for kids and adults! The park close by was a bonus! She has all that you need to take the kids to the beach: wagon, sand toys and chairs if needed I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time with our family spending hours at the beach and the pool during our stay. We did have some various issues, but Lynsey handled them promptly after we would message about them. My only feedback would be to get lamps for the two smaller bedrooms (currently only overhead lighting) and replace the broken drawers in the fridge. The location is a hidden gem and we hope to be back!
