Chickadee Log Home-Ski trail Runs through Property

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Units 38A & 38B of the Chickadee Cabin. The two additional parties that occupied the other units were respectful, so we had little noise issues. When booking, I did not realize the cabin was three separate units, but we were thankful the other parties and their pets were quiet. We visited in December and it was a winter wonderland. The purpose of our visit was to cross country ski, and having trail access right outside the front door was wonderful. The ski trail is a blue-rated trail, which is described as "More Difficult" in the Methow Valley Trail system. It's a 1.8 mile ski to a green-rated trail. These two units were very relaxing. The kitchen was ideal for cooking, the bathrooms were spacious and clean, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. There are lots of puzzles and board games. However, the TV's are not "smart", Wi-Fi is very slow, and the cell service is two bars LTE--perfect for an unplugged getaway.

Lakehouse Point

Quiet & secluded lakefront on Lake Osoyoos. Mature trees provide shade all day while leaving plenty of sun to soak up. Enjoy the lake on the included paddleboards or bring your boat to anchor out front. At the end of the day, enjoy a nice fire in the beach or lawn fire pits, taking in the breathtaking sunsets. Great sandy beach, nice lawn, plenty of parking, and multiple beds make this a great vacation to share with families. Minutes from town and a short hop to Canada, location is hard to beat.

This house is amazing. Right on the lake. plenty of room if you bring a boat and trailer to park as well. Beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

This has one of the best airbnb I’ve been too. Love the toiletries and just perfect. The only thing is that the bed i hope they can replace it with a king but it was amazing. There were deers and we actually got to feed them❤️

Bootlegger Roost- Barn feel on the Beach!

First off, the hosts were responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The house was impressively clean and we felt right at home. We've stayed at Veranda Beach 5 times now and this house beats all of the others we stayed at. It's in a great location and you can even see the lake from one side of the veranda. They have a closet stocked with all the beach toys you could ever want. The kitchen had more than enough plates, glasses, ect and they had a good amount of spices and utensils. We loved that there were some cleaning supplies and a ton of towels available to use. There is a spacious main bathroom with a huge tub which was nice. They had a kayak and paddle board for use as well. There was a good selection of board games, books, and puzzles in the house. We were a little disappointed the diner isn't open right now but saw that there is a new bar by the marina instead. We had a great time and hope to return next year. Thank you so much for having us!!

We stayed at the Sunflower Resort over the Thanksgiving break and it was a great and totally smooth experience. We've been in Winthrop/Mazama many times, and it's very convenient to be within walking distance of the town (especially after a long day of nordic skiing...).
