Beachfront holiday rental in Okanogan County

Awesome location on the river, beautiful sunset. Good tree cover. The bathroom was a bonus. Super quiet, husband is a big fly fisherman and he was ecstatic to be able to wake in the morning to fish and end the day fishing. Definitely will be coming back highly recommended staying here if want a more quieter side of the hustle and bustle of Winthrop.

If you’re looking for fancy and upscale this might not be your cup of tea, if you’re looking for cozy and accommodating with beautiful peaceful mornings and evenings, this is it! The home is well lived in, but it is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Brian added some really awesome touches that really stood out, my daughter was graduating and we were welcomed with a beautiful graduation vase with a couple roses, a special treat for the kids and made sure we had a fresh bag of coffee with condiments already ready for us seeing how we got in late, that was icing on the cake. We had a great time on the paddle boards, kids kayaks and the family dog had his own bed and kennel. All in all, I’ve stayed at veranda in more classy, but I’ll be looking for Brian’s place again next time! His communication was also top notch!

This is indeed a great spacious house and does feel like home away from home. It is nicely equipped and has everything you would need. The only downside is the tiny piece of water that it is on. It is not really swimmable, but the backyard is pretty neathertheless.

This lakehouse was absolutely beautiful. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to enjoy it for a month! The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator had ample space. The bathrooms had enough toilet paper for the whole month in addition to liquid hand soap and a bar of soap for the shower (shampoo/conditioner are not included). There’s also a washer and dryer which was super convenient. The lake is absolutely gorgeous though there are lots of flies in the grass, which makes it difficult to sit outside. The screened porch is an excellent area to hang out without being swarmed by flies. There’s also a grill and fire pit. It was very tranquil, beautiful, and a perfect escape from the city. I would definitely return!

The spot was great! It was perfect for our trailer, the river was right there and Michelle had recommendations for where to float!

We had a lovely time with our family spending hours at the beach and the pool during our stay. We did have some various issues, but Lynsey handled them promptly after we would message about them. My only feedback would be to get lamps for the two smaller bedrooms (currently only overhead lighting) and replace the broken drawers in the fridge. The location is a hidden gem and we hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. The setting is beautiful and the staff were so kind and helpful. We were their first AirBnb guest, so they were still figuring everything out with communication and billing, but every time I reached out they were quick to respond and great to work with. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely had a fantastic Memorial Weekend! 🇺🇸 This cute little cabin was exactly what my family needed to reset. We were able to swim, fish, kayak, hike and float around. Allison was very communicative and literally had absolutely everything that we could’ve needed and wanted for our stay. Thank you so much! ☺️

Great place to take a break with family. Squeaky clean, well stocked, air conditioned, plenty of room to rest, relax, play and eat. Neighbours are friendly, town is nice and quiet and you can find regular staples at local grocery stores. Few restaurants, which is expected of a small town, but great food! Host communicated everything I needed to know well in advance. The instruction book at home took care of all other details. I would advise visiting the marina on Verdana where you can rent jet skis and kayaks etc. Very friendly people wherever I went!

Beautiful location and amazing place with lot of rooms for big groups. Went with a group of 12 and everyone had a place to sleep

Marie and Gary are such wonderful and welcoming people. My husband and I got a thorough tour of the inside and outside amenities. It’s clear to me that they aren’t just thoughtful in the obvious ways but they also think of the little things too. I felt like if we forgot to pack something Marie and Gary were already a step ahead of us. Supplying toothbrushes, toothpaste, a fridge with butter and creamers, and a medicine cabinet with some essential items was such a nice touch. They encouraged us to reach out if we needed something. We loved the spacious hot tub. There isn’t anything quite like going for a hike and then unwinding by soaking in a hot tub by a peaceful river. We felt confident exploring a new part of the state for us, knowing that Marie and Gary were nearby if we had questions or needed something. The location is beautiful, serene and the Airbnb felt private. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to see you again! Also Baby the cat is adorable.
