This is one of my favorite Air BnB stays. We stayed a week and loved it. The house is very tasteful and well appointed. It has lovely spaces and gardening all around. Beata was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. I would return again and highly recommend a beach stay here.

Stuart’s place was an ideal location for a private and peaceful getaway. The property itself had great amenities - especially the pool and the surrounding landscape. It was centrally located to bars, restaurants and beaches in Uvita and two neighboring towns - but far enough away to feel like we were in the middle of the jungle. Stuart was a great host. His place definitely made our vacation!

This place was a magical experience for me and my family. Beatyful big house in amazing natural environment. Hummingbirds, tucans, monkeys, frogs ... It was an unforgettable 3 days. Laura is the sweetest host I met ever, she is amazing person.

Very clear instructions on where to go and how to get into the house when you arrive. Easy checking in and checking out. Location is beautiful! VERY short drive to a lot of restaurants and a large supermarket. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. There was plenty of kitchenware, a great stove, and an outdoor grill that made cooking easy. The one thing to note if you are from the USA, is that this is a Costa Rican style home. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen, and no indoor living room. Sitting spaces are outside with no climate control. The bedrooms are spread out, and the only access to most bedrooms is from the exterior balcony or patio. All bedrooms had their own air-conditioning units and were very comfortable to sleep in at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is gated. We felt completely safe staying there with seven kids in our group. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay again!!!

It was awesome. It felt like our own private nature preserve! We saw monkeys, pizote, anteaters, and SO many toucans. The space was gorgeous and we used the pool to cool down many times a day when we weren't in the ocean. The views were unmatched. Moeses was so helpful and responsive. The jungle is extremely active at night so be prepared for all the sounds. Thanks for a wonderful honeymoon spot!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was super clean and nice and quiet :) The accommodation has everything you need for a stay and you can also cook well there:) From the property you can quickly reach one of the many beaches in the region by car. On the property you can see many animals (Tucans, monkeys, lizards). One of the dogs from the neighborhood comes to visit particularly often and is very happy when he is petted:) Cheyenne and Josh are very eager and friendly hosts! When there was a small issue with the pool pump, Josh was on site within 5 minutes and took care of it right away - even though he ran an ultra marathon before and could hardly walk;) Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in the region:)

Micheal was so cool. Very helpful finding the way to the house which was mildly tricky. Great communication. Overall, I will be staying here again and loved my time spent. We saw sloths, monkeys, parrots, many crazy looking birds, and more at the place with an impeccable view of the ocean and jungles surrounding the home.

This place was perfect for us, two adults and two kids (12 and 9 yrs old). We had originally planned on staying at another place higher on the hill until we realized the road to get there was insanely steep and challenging to navigate, especially during the rainy season. Eric’s place was easy to get to, with a friendly security guard monitoring traffic into the neighborhood. The view was AMAZING, the beds were comfy and the pool was clean and refreshing. Great location for exploring other beaches and the towns of Dominical and Uvita and an easy 1.25 hr drive south to Sierpe for a mangrove boat tour (which was awesome) or to access Corcovado NP. Eric and Fabiola were wonderful and very helpful hosts. First-timer advice: if you’re renting a car, go with a smaller 4x4, we got a Hyundai Kona. Barely fits our luggage, but easy to navigate on narrow Costa Rican roads and small parking spaces.

Truly a stunning home in a very quiet, upscale cul-de-sac community. Views were breathtaking, and the home well-equipped for lazy days without big agendas. Dominical is cute and inviting, with plenty to eat and a solid infrastructure for booking adventures of multiple varieties. Sensitive travelers might want to be advised that power and water outages are part of the realities of living in such a gorgeous, remote location. Mattresses are quite firm, with the loft bed probably best suited to a child or other floor-friendly individual. Kitchen was not particularly well-appointed, so bring oil/butter and perhaps even a favorite chef's knife if you plan to cook in. Local farmer's markets do make this an appealing option, although local restaurants were generally quite decent, even coming from NYC. Above all, this is a truly impressive holiday experience, mainly for the incredible views from all floors and the abundance of wildlife right in your own back-yard. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! The place was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home (but better!). The host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering local tips and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay! Smooth check-in/communication with Erika; she also gave great local recommendations. The location was perfect: private, quiet, with wonderful jungle sounds and mountain views. The beautiful, well-maintained garden was managed by Rolbin, the friendly gardener. He brought fresh fruit and gave us tours of the property's trails (waterfall/river included). The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, from a citrus press, moka pot, to an ice cream maker – we genuinely missed nothing. Clean spring tap water was a huge bonus; it remained functional even during power outages (mechanical system). We often didn't notice brief outages as we still had water and cooked on the gas stove! Internet (~40-80 Mbps) was surprisingly fast, allowing to get work done. We miss falling asleep to jungle sounds! If you're looking for peace, comfort, and unique amenities in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

Steve and Luanne’s home is incredible and I can’t say enough about how beautiful and welcoming the area is! The views, flora and fauna are amazing and their house in particular was well supplied, clean and welcoming. :)

Cindy’s place was absolutely amazing. We loved every minute! The pool was SO nice, the views are incredible. It’s a short drive to the beach and town. Cindy was so great! She was so gracious and accommodating. We saw frogs, monkeys, iguanas, toucans and more all from the porch and pool. I really can’t say enough about the house and host! Thank you for an amazing time in your beautiful home!!!

One of our most beautiful Airbnb rentals in Costa Rica: the watchword is relaxation and a perfect environment. The accommodation is a perfect match for the listing, better in real life than in the listing, which is rare. A lot of useful equipment is available. You feel at home with an idyllic setting where you can see howler monkeys, toucans, parrots, vultures, multicoloured birds and basilicas (crested lizards) sunbathing near the pool. Everything is in place for a wonderful and relaxing stay

This is a beautiful house with total privacy. We saw several birds species at the house and walking through the neighborhood. It’s a short drive into Uvita and there are several restaurants to choose from. It’s also close to Arco Beach, Whale Tail, and Catarata Uvita. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We found the location great: a small convenience store close by, good Mexican restaurant two blocks and beach four blocks away. Further: view restaurants 15-20’ in both directions; life-changing sanctuaries (Alturas) and wildlife preserves (Sierpe! Playa Tortuga!) 30-60’. Variety of surfing beaches from a walk to a drive away. Great couple renting boards right at the beach entrance so no need to carry them home. We loved the outdoor shower and especially the pool, heaven on a hot day or after a warm walk or hike. We loved taking an early morning “nature walk” to see monkeys and birds as they wake and look for breakfast. Real treats: Cherrie’s Tanagers, Morpho butterflies and especially the Howlers coming through the corridor next door at 4:45am. Tropical thunderstorms with frogs calling, enjoyed from the shelter of the terrace with lightning all around, rain splashing in the pool. The local Mercado with fabulous yogurt and smoothies, fruit and bread, Wed/Sat. House a sanctuary!

Our week stay in June was one of the best experiences ever in a STR. You GetHere property managers met us at the property, showed us how to use the amenities and were responsive to any questions. The home is beyond comparison. A rough drive up ( typical for CR) but after the first few times it is easy. Quality and cleanliness of the home was unmatched. We will be back. We used the suggested massage service and had them set up on the Zen deck. Very good deep tissue massage by professionals. We saw many of the other rentals we looked at and were glad that we picked this home.

This place was extremely beautiful, the pool view overlooking the mountains and the beach was really something else. It was really nice to look at the animals from the view as well. The location is pretty close to the beach as well as all the restaurants which was nice. The place itself was super clean and one of the nicest setups we’ve been to. Although our reservation didn’t go as planned, Craig was very accommodating with us and we really appreciated his understanding and kindness throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again another time!

We stayed a few days at Carlos' place and enjoyed the view and the ambience very much. We even dared to go to the private waterfall, which is really very beautiful. Carlos gave us a lot of tips and information and was super friendly. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It should not be forgotten that it is an open house, in the middle of nature, so the living area has a high humidity (at least in the rainy season).

Had a great time! Was the perfect place for our family to spend a couple of days. Close to restaurants and the National Parque Ballena Marina.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful view, management was friendly and answered fast, very cozy, close to restaurants/beaches/activities and everything clean! I will 100% come here again and i highly recommend! Thanks again for this fantastic stay

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Tim’s place! Eleanor was so responsive and helpful. They are both extremely warm and welcoming. The view is incredible and the home is picturesque, clean, and instantly makes you relax. We loved watching for birds while swimming in the pool! Would recommend to anyone!
