Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to this luxurious 2-story villa of 190 m2 in scenic Öjersjö. Here, you live close to nature and lakes with 15 minutes by bus to central Gothenburg (Liseberg stop). The house was built in 2023 and has many facilities such as an open floor plan, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 4 bedrooms and a lovely patio for barbecue evenings and sunbathing. In Öjersjö, there are 3 lakes suitable for swimming that you can reach either on foot, by bicycle or a short drive. The area is family-friendly and peaceful.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.
