Architect-designed archipelago house on a small island in Piteå

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

Farm houses

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

Piteå's most popular holiday area. The new studio has a fantastic location with unobstructed views of the sea. The long sandy beach spreads out directly below. Here you can walk 10 minutes along the beach to Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The beautiful nature reserve next to the studio offers many beautiful walking and cycling paths. The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

This is an apartment perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet area close to central Piteå. Here you live on the ground floor with your own south-facing terrace. Parking on the driveway with free access to electric car chargers. Open floor plan between bedroom and kitchen. In the kitchen, there is everything to cook simpler meals. The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
