Guest house near the centre with AC, bed linen, cleaning

Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

Farm houses

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, a fee of SEK 100/person and night will be added. Two toilets on the lower floor, one of which has a shower. Approximately 500 m to the Piteälven river. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city centre.

Simple but nice cottage, equipped with what you need. The outdoor area is generously sized for fine days and evenings outdoors. Walking distance to Pite havetbad, one of Sweden's largest tourist facilities with water park, children's activities, afterbeach, bars, restaurants as well as entertainment and events.

Piteå's most popular holiday area. The new studio has a great location with unobstructed views of the sea. The long sandy beach spreads directly below. Here you can walk 10 minutes after the beach to Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The beautiful nature reserve next to the studio offers many beautiful walking and bike paths. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
