You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

High-quality overnight stay close to nature in a renovated property for summer 2022. Rinne-Jukkola's detached house is great for a weekend trip, a longer stay or a meeting place for various groups. The 120-square-meter house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room and an open kitchen, a toilet, a laundry room and a sauna. The house is wonderfully bright and offers a spacious field landscape view in the middle of the countryside. For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a hot tub and a larger yard sauna from the yard.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Bright, quiet, modern and stylish small apartment in the Leenala district. The apartment has a 140 cm wide double bed and an 80 cm wide daybed, which can be used to form 1-2 extra beds. In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with its own cooler. Indoor swimming pool, ice rink, hybrid arena, event park almost next door (0.6 km). Sea park, Santahaan outdoor sports areas, central hospital, theater, Snellman music center, train station about 15 min walk (1.2-1.5km).
