The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Modern spaces+good equipment level. Good new double bed and twin beds + couch. Hox! The base rate does not include linens or bath towels. In winter, the outdoor sauna is only available on request. The price is 120€/day. No neighbors in the immediate vicinity. A great place for someone looking for a peaceful place.

The cottage with all amenities is located about 90 km from Oulu on the shore of the beautiful Oijärvi, in the middle of charming nature. Suitable for swimming and rowing. Large lawn available for yard games. Two kayaks and bicycles are freely available. Good steam in the wood-heated sauna. Glazed terrace and balcony facing the evening sun.

Rytiniemi beach cottage

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage has a traditional Finnish tree sauna and a shower in the dressing room connected to the sauna. The cottage is a very traditional Finnish cottage, which has been slightly modernized. From the deck, a great view of the lake! The cottage has a traditional Finnish outdoor toilet, which is located in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
