Was upset at first because they informed us the day of our arrival that the hottub broke but they were very caring and accommodated us for it and took action to fix it right away. The only thing is make sure you bring extra supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. as they only supply one of each. Also lots of geese droppings walking down to water but goes with being on a lake. Make sure you check your GPS settings so it doesn't take you backroads, learned that one. No garage so vehicle gets very hot, sunshade helps and deck is hot, no umbrella for shade to sit out at table. Overall beautiful place and Gunner was pleasant and pleasure to deal with any issues we had.

This year was the second year my group and I stayed with Lake Norris Chalets. They were completely painless to work with both years and are very responsive to any questions you may have. Their homes are precisely as described in the descriptions. One huge perk about renting with Lake Norris Chalets, if you are in one of their homes with a dock, and you rent a boat from them they will deliver the boat to the home, fueled up and ready to go. This is a great service that frees up a lot of time you would spend going to the marina, filling out all the paperwork and getting the boat back to your place. I would recommend Lake Norris Chalets time and time again for anyone looking to have a great weekend on the lake!

Right on the New River. Also serves as an access point for others to launch rafts and boats. CSX train runs right outside at all hours, however, so be aware that you may lose some sleep. Bring bottled water for coffee and drinking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanies place. It was exactly what we needed for the group of 8 people we had. Everyone had their own room for privacy and a great night's sleep. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and it was a quick trip downtown. Stephanie was super helpful with any questions and quickly responded it was easy check in and out instructions. We defiantly recommend this house if you have a large group and do not want to be very far from downtown.

Beena's home was excellent for our large group passing through. It's a very unique property with each room in a different theme, and an incredible outdoor grounds which really makes it feel special. we had a great stay and would love to go back!

Had a fishing tournament and only needed a short stay she helped out with that. Everything was perfect for us. She definitely is a great host and will use again is in area

Place was great, it worked out perfectly for my family. They had everything we needed already there. Felt like we were at home. Will definitely stay there again.

Will was great and beyond. The place was what we expected and felt so comfortable every day of our stay. We forgot a wallet and immediately contacted us back to return it safe and sound. This place is a must!

Absolutely breathtaking! Love the view and how beautiful Angelina’s home is. Highly recommended especially during summer time.

The home was lovely decorated, which gave it a homey feeling. The back porch was amazing experience... large table for when our family visited, comfortable seating, screened porch, fun lighting, ceiling fans. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of drawer space for our clothes. The kitchen was adequate. The purple irises bloomed while we were there... gorgeous!! TV worked great... lots of channels and apps. The backyard was very roomy and had a great firepit.

Don’t hesitate! Home is exactly how it is listed. Absolutely beautiful, clean home. Easy parking. Front covered porch was beautiful and cozy as well. Having access to park machines in the garage was a definite bonus! Tom was very friendly as well. If you are nice to him and he’s able, he will take you on a ride to show you around! We had a fantastic stay and will be back again!

I've never stayed in such a well appointed Airbnb as this one! The kitchen had small appliances I've never even SEEN, and more cooking/baking/dishes and pans than I've ever owned! The whole house was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The large ice maker was a plus. Lake was very responsive, and even offered to have her repair man come to reattach a simple door handle that fell off, which wasn't necessary! Can't think of a thing we were missing for our family long weekend, and wouldn't hesitate recommending this house to anyone wanting to be close to a marina and having all their needs met. Thanks Lake!

This property was on point. Everything was spotless, bed linens were extremely clean and had very nice scent. I will recommend this property and I hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect location to Beech Mountain resort, past the main part of town so you don’t have to deal with the traffic. Home was perfect-exactly as pictured. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Bathrooms were updated and beautiful. My kids loved the place, as did we!

Just as described, he was super responsive with all questions, in a perfect location for riding,lots of parking and didn’t have to worry about us all fitting definitely will be back

Great choice for a peaceful stay. Cute house on beautiful property. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. House is clean. Great for families that want to focus on quality time.

We were very pleased with Miriam’s place. It was as described and spotlessly clean. It was well stocked with dishes, silverware, bath supplies and linens. We appreciated the privacy and the attached garage to park our car. We are already planning to stay there during our next visit to the Holmes County area.

We enjoyed our stay! It was very cold weather and the cabin was warm and cozy! The river was beautiful and we enjoyed it so close!

This was our 2nd time staying at Morgan’s property. It’s the perfect location & so cozy! We will be back.
