A charming cluster of 5 houses surrounding a quiet courtyard. The houses were built more than 100 years ago and have been recently renovated into vacation homes. The number of houses you will stay in depends on the size of your group. Please read the details below in the "Space" section. These houses are fully furnished, and all necessary appliances are provided. You can easily walk to famous attractions and the subway station. The house will be a wonderful base from which to explore the city.

Takasegawa Suites is located in downtown of Kyoto, overlooking Takase river and very close to two major train lines, super convenient but quiet enough with the gorgeous stream sound. The view of Takase river gives you a relaxing and luxurious time after the long day of sightseeing and shopping. Highlight is gorgeous cherry blossoms view from all the windows in Spring. Kyo-machiya is a traditional Kyoto architectural style. It is a consecutive style townhouse, a maisonette type terrace house. Whole house charter for you. Quiet place. It has two bedrooms with full bathroom, and a full kitchen. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of 2nd floor only. Capacity 5 adults. In addition, up to 2 infants who do not require a bed can stay free of charge. Accommodation tax is required. Check in time is 3 Ppm - 9 pm. Check out time is 10 am, free out system.

Akarisou means ‘Light House’ I chose this name in the hope that this house would be ‘Light’ to my guests In the main bed room, you’ll find a wall decoration made of wooden lattice which is like ‘Sunshine’ There's a free parking lot in front of my house　(max size of the car: 4.5m×2.5m) , super convenient if you travel by car! A primary school is in front of my house so you can enjoy spacious view and nature of school ground from the veranda.
