Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment offers the possibility for vacation, relaxation and creative work. Furthermore, we offer "Impulses for partnership" on request.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Right on the water lily pond, with forest edge on one side & fields to the other, rests our beautiful "Hilltop cottage": A charming wooden cabin in a secluded location on the hill, on a separate fenced area from our ground where only nature can be seen & heard. The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cosy living atmosphere over a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing lift. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x infant travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna
