The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

Lovely villa with peace and quiet.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In rural surroundings but close to everything. The home is close to the university, OCC/Jyske Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7-minute walk to the light rail at Bilka and bus that takes you around the city. Also, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret, where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors, the basement is closed off. However, access to the washing machine can be arranged. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

There is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, outdoor shower, parking right by the house and a charger for electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linens, towels, dish towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in Chromecast, and super fast WiFi. The house is fenced all the way around, if you bring your four-legged friend.

My home A whole 83m2 2 bedroom apartment 4 minutes walk from the train station in the absolute city center. The apartment consists of a living room with dining table seating 6 and tv area with access to both a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to use what you find in the kitchen. Also 2 bedrooms, the guest room with an expandable bed with room for 2 and a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to another balcony. From the entrance there’s also access to a bathroom.

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. The light rail is about a 16-minute walk via beautiful trails. The E20 is nice and close, without being a nuisance. The garden is fully fenced and has its own exit. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make it easy for a longer stay. Large and spacious living room with plenty of beautiful natural light. Space for 3 cars with private and free parking.
