Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors, slanted but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Keypad-lock. Shower/laundry with washing machine/dryer. 3 parking-spots. Small terrace on 1st fl. and sun terrace at ground level.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake view. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
