Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors, slanted but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Keypad-lock. Shower/laundry with washing machine/dryer. 3 parking-spots. Small terrace on 1st fl. and sun terrace at ground level.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

A fridge with tiny freezer, microwave with crisp and barbeque function (no ordinary oven), washing machine, iron, water boiler, hairdryer and utensils. The washing machine you reach from outside. WIFI and SmartTV you can connect your computer to. Arlanda airport (15km) 40km Stockholm city, 35km Uppsala city.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake view. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
